Good college for CS stream

The college is accredited with grade B+ by NAAC. The college infrastructure and facilities are quite good. The teachers are also quite helpful and workshops are also held by the college timely to help students learn about trending technologies,

The college follows all the rules and guidelines mandated by Patliputra University, Patna as it provides the affiliation for course to Nalanda College. The exams are held yearly with timely evaluations held by the college. The course focuses on instilling the right skills in students which help them in being better programmers and learn in-depth and gain better insights about different technologies. yearly

The college provides good placements, many companies visited the campus last year. I also got an internship opportunity under a startup in my final year, which helped me learn more before entering the industry.

As the college is a government-aided institute, the fee for my MCA was 30,500 charged per year which is quite feasible as many colleges charge 1lakh yearly for MCA at minimum. Even though the fee is low, quality education is provided here.

The college actively participates in sports, students can participate in intercollege or even state level if they wish to get support from their college if they are a good sportsman. The labs and libraries are also well equipped with a good amount and variety of books and working computer systems to practice on, for students.

The college has both girls' and boys' hostel available for students coming from far away places, the room is also quite comfortable and spacious to stay for the whole course duration. The food served in the hostel is also quite average.

I got admission to this college through state entrance examination for MCA/MBA. After examination, I locked Nalanda College because it is a government-aided college. I successfully got a seat under this college in counselling. I was allotted a time slot to visit the college and complete my registration process as well as an interview to get admission in the college, which I cleared with ease.

The faculty is well-qualified, skilled and knowledgable teachers, which are always engaged in providing us good quality education and supporting us in growing our skillsets to achieve our best while it is a project or hands-on practice.
