Course Curriculum Overview
According to me there should be some change in my course curriculum, for example we studying some content of microeconomics through a long time and now it's old and not require in current era. That's type of changes should be.But overall our course curriculum is good. In my case there are 2 semester in a year,after each semester there is a exam and you have to clear all exams to go next year.
Placement Experience
My college has training and placement cell which provides good internship through which we can enhance our skills as well increase our knowledge. The placement ratio of my college is also good. After the end of course different good companies came to provide good package jobs.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in my college like annual sports day, different fest some fest organized by sperate departments and societies, and a special fest organized by NCC specially for NCC students in all these fest all students are allowed of Delhi University.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't opt hostel as I didn't get seat as my hostel provide only 7 seats for my course, so I chosen pg to stay, the rent for pg in near my college area is about five to seven thousand (without food/meal) and if you want meal to then you have to pay near about 9000 to 10000 per month. But also if you know cooking then it is easy for you to get room at very cheap prize approx 2 to 3 thousand, and if in case you want to live with your friends then you get flat at not to much rate.
Admission
My college is under the university of Delhi, In Delhi University any student get admission on the basis of their class 12th marks.In university of Delhi every college release their personal cut off list, in which your best 4 subject make your admission in college. Basically in this 4 subject you must have one language subject specially in my case for B.Com (Hons.) you must have studied maths and economic in your class 12th standard. My college start their admission procedure in month of June, and it lasts for mid of August. Firstly I have applied for my course by filling the form on the official site of Delhi University by filling the charge of Rs.500 for genearl category students. Then I wait for releasing the cut off by different colleges And then I got the admission in my college.
Faculty
In my college there are highly educated and have too knowledge full teachers are. They teach with very high energy and take intrest on each and every students. Basically this scene is not in particularly in my course, in each and every streams there are highly knowledge full and educated teachers are.
