Remarks

Excellent college with well established library, laboratories and best in class faculty and classrooms also Importance will be given to DISCIPLINE rather than the percentages. Faculty will be helping students to achieve their goals.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent, This colleges curriculum is far advanced when compared with other Colleges, as this institute is AUTONOMOUS, they will frame their syllabus and curriculum based upon the reviews given by Alumni and industrial experts.

Placement Experience

Yes, many Companies will be coming for placements. Most of them are Software related. Basic pay will be from 20, 000 rupees per month and will depend upon the performance in the interview and written tests conducted by the companies

College Events

There are various technical and non technical events held throught the year There is a cultural event named pleiades which is held in even semester. In this event a celebrity is invited to perform It has DJ night. Students response is pretty good for these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I believe that our college has a lot more fee than most of the private colleges. For the admission through COMEDK the fee is overrated but for students from Karnataka CET the is not much of a issue its less than 100000

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't availed any such scholarship from our college but received from Government of Andhra Pradesh. Scholarship will be provided to 10% of students who belong to poor category and are having good scores in academics by our chairman M.Mohan Babu

Campus Life

Yes priority will be given to sports and other cultural activities also. Annual Day celebrations will be held Every year in the month of March while MOHANA MANTRA - a techno cultural fest will be conducted in the month of December every year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are well maintained but I don't know the fee structure, 5 students will be allowed with in a single room they will be provided with hot water, food and free Wi-Fi but there will be time restrictions.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni or the seniors are very helpful. They will teach their juniors tips regarding attending for an interview, Planning for the future by explaining their work experiences and guide the juniors. Alumni meeting will be conducted in the Month of January every year where alumni from various departments will be attending.

Admission

I had written the Entrance exam which is conducted by all private colleges in Karnataka COMEDK and got admission through it. As from my junior college I was interested in Electronics rather than Computer science or Mechanical Engineering

Faculty

Most of the faculty are PHD holders and minimum qualification is a MTECH degree. Maximum of our faculty had worked in industry so they know what industry is demanding from students and they teach us through that approach.

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

Likes

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

Proffesors are highly qualified and very friendly with students except in Chemical Department
Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Dislikes

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place

I have applied for Amrutha school of engineering, GITAM University, Manipal University, and Ap Eamcet. I Haven't joined the above colleges because of the high tution fees in those colleges and here in sree vidyanikethan I get jagananna vasathi deevena scheme. By that, the AP government will pay my tuition fee. The maximum age for applying to our college is 22.
