Remarks
Campus and infrastructure is best. They need to hire new knowledgeable faculties replacing some facilities not having deep knowledge. They need to merge college fest of all colleges in campus so it will be bigger event.
Course Curriculum Overview
One of the college which provides the flagship course of hr. The course starts with the basics of hr mainly covered in Ability enhancement system, Motivation enhancement system and opportunity enhancement system. Exams consists of quizzes, presentation and written examination.
Placement Experience
In final year many companies came for campus placements. Companies like Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech come. Many small but good product based companies visit. There are off campus drives of MNCs like IBM, AMAZON, TCS, CAPGEMINI we can participate.
College Events
Agon management fest, Rush cultural fest, hr conclave, Maneuver, Ranchi premier league, Ted x ranchi, Participants are from the different college from ranchi as well as from outside the state. Colleges like xlri, iit Kharagpur, bit mesra, sibm participates.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is based on caste category. For OPEN category you will have Rs. 90000 fee. For OBC you will have Rs. 50000, for NT you will have Rs. 10000 and for SC/ST that will be Rs. 300 only. There is EBC for OPEN category people's having less annual income which gives half of fees back.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is EBC scholarship for open students having annual income less than Rs. 300000. We get half of fees back approximately 45000 back. There is scholarship for hostellers having less income and farmer son.
Campus Life
Gender ratios is almost 50- 50. Students are given autonomy to function. We have student facilities committee who look out for the students needs. We have academic committee looking out for the academic function of the class. Also, there is cultural committee, sports committee etc. We have different bodies like hr club of iim ranchi, consulting club etc.
Alumni/Alumna
There is alumni network but we don't get any guidance from them. You need to make own contact to seniors so they can guide you when needed. Our college is not much old so they don't have larger alumni network.
Admission
I had given MHT-CET exam in 12th. I filled the form of CAP which is online admission process. You need to give preferences of colleges in maharashtra. There are 3 round you will get college based on your CET score and your preference.
Faculty
Some faculties are excellent. Some are very supportive and master in their field. But some are poor in terms of teaching and knowledge. Some profeesors don't have knowledge of subject they are teaching.
