Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure currently is very bad. The new university has lots to improve. Before all colleges we under different universities now all are under one technical university and the people don't know a thing there. So improvement needs to be done.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement percentage last year was 90. Companies including MRD, TCS, Arrows and many more came in last year. The overall packages start from 2 lakh to 20 lakh per annum. The internship programmes are also nice.

College Events

4.5

Techfest called Dyuksha is a national level techno fest which is held everywhere. Arts Fest named Noopuram is also conducted. Many more clubs and activities are also inside the college which develops the student's extra currriculars.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition is the core of the college bill. It is the fee associated with taking each course, and it's often calculated per credit. The average general education course is three or four credits, and college students typically take between three and five classes per term. Some colleges and universities provide a flat rate for tuition, which covers a minimum and a maximum number of units per semester. That can work well for a student who is committed to a full schedule of classes each term.

Alumni/Alumna

Aluminus of our college are placed in high position in their respective fields and computers and other facilities like lab equipment are also provided by the aluminies help in the placement of the currently studying students.

Admission

There is an all Kerala entrance exam for engineering colleges under KTU called Keam. Merit List will be published after including our 12th scores and admission will be based on our merit ranks. We have to opt the Interested colleges after our ranks are published and could select the colleges we want. If we get the college we want we can go to the college and take the admission. There is no interview process.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are highly educated and are aluminies of IITs. They have a very deep knowledge on the subject and the classes are high rated. Good teaching staff result in good student's resulting in a better society.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
