Remarks

The management provides the quality eduction more than 176 years. It has its own dignity and decorum.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is provided by the university and the syllabus provides student a quality learning. This also helps the students to imbibe the general knowledge. I am doing literature in this college so the faculty members are good enough to teach the subject. There are best talented teacher where they teach the subject in a different manner so that they can make the student enrich their knowledge.

Placement Experience

The placement is based on the companies interviews. Our college also provide so many opportunities to know and perfect in the interviews. Surely there are confirmed placement in the college.

College Events

There are so many cultural events takes place in the college. The pongal and christmas celebrations are the most celebrated. The event Indep is the inter departmental cultural event where lot of opportunities were made to the students. The chief guests like actors, directers, and lot of politicians were invited to our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There are two shifts in our college. The first shift is government so the fee is less and the second shift is ran by the Jesuit management so the fee differs. There is no fee collected to secure the admission. No money were collected as a bribe and recommendation.

Fees and Financial Aid

I havenot opted for any scholarship. But the college provides lot of opportunities for the poor students like noon meals for free. And lot of scholarship programs.

Campus Life

The college campus is the one of the best campus around trichy. Because the huge place were offered by the english people to the jesuits. The green campus got more than a lakhs of trees. The beauty of the campus is one of the eco friendly campus and the life oriented campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Dr. A PJ Abdul kalam is the one of the alumini of our college. The alumini association is big and it has its own structure.

Admission

We have to apply for the college online. Then the college will display the number online. Then we have to meet the principal and other fee payment follows.the college never asks for the money for the any type of admissions. The college is not like the other college.

Faculty

There are five lectures per day. The classes are handled by the most talented and experienced teachers. The lecturers help us to learn the life oriented subjects more than the course subjects. They help us also to come out of the problems we face in our lives

Starting ug life

My collage full of nature covered, birds sound in after 6.00 pm I loved it. And college is like greenish and opposite site there is thindal murugan kovill this is so good
Fancy store and canteen also have in our college. Big sports ground also have in our college, hand ball was so good in our college we also celebrated 50th year celebration of college
Pongal celebration are celebrated highly like columbus and many games are there in pongal celebration in inside our college we are celebrated happily. Food also provided in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like that our staff keep test in lunch hours also . They strictly maintain the class always test , seminars
No western dress wear in our department I didn't like that chudi and pant full covered shall we want to wear in our college
No free hours given . Home work like scholl . I fill I am going to school

Course Curriculum Overview:

Surroundings are good. Exam timing 3 hours . And normal internal test is about one hour maximum one and half hour. Test are strictly maintain. Teaching in tamil can understand by students I think so . And ppt method need more in class . Staff to teach all the lessons and students sometimes take one part of lesson

Likes

College environment was very neat and clean always.
The birds they kept at the front side campus were so pleasant and calm
Campus was large in size and comfortable

Dislikes

College management is very strict in handling students
College management allot less money as prize money for academic winners
Students should get pass even for 2 minutes late entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

The gender ratio is fairly close to 1:1 and it provides a proper environment for all to collaborate and interact.
Most of the faculty members are reachable.
Students usually get free by 4PM and have the remainder of the day to explore their own things.

Dislikes

More academics oriented - no room for placements on campus as such.
Unable to choose electives - have to do whatever course is available.
Infrastructurally very basic - lacks a lot of facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

The cost in canteen is high. Below the normal people they can't buy the food in the canteen provided
