Remarks

No bad reviews at all. They help us for everything. But teaching quality must improve compared to other colleges.

Entrance Preview

CET .Our college coaching was good and it was the only way i could get entry in the above college so i preferred this entrance examination.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are good here. After 5th sem we get lot of opportunities .Benz, Sony, Robert Bosch, Microsoft, Accenture, Infosys and many others. I am still a 4th sen student and still i don't have much knowledge about it.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements here is very good. A maximum of 90% students always get placed in many good Companies like Microsoft,Sony,Benz etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure Cet fees-36000, College fees -22000 from 2nd year its 12000. Its not expensive as it is government seat.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i don't know much about scholarships as i did not apply i am a general merit student. So I don't have any idea regarding this.

Campus Life

5

I have participated in many sports especially cricket. They provide good encouragement and they do not make any partiality in the selections. That's the main reason i love this college.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors here are very helpful. They provide us all their stuffs which help our studies. They provide all the question papers and all their experience which helps us especially me a lot.

Exam Structure

ExamsThere will be two internals and a sem end examinations. There will be sufficient time to read.So it will not be hectic.

Faculty

4

Faculty is superb here. But they are still a bit inexperienced. They need a bit of experience so that it helps us a lot.College faculty always maintain their standards.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is a mix of both Computer Science and AIML which is increasingly relevant in today's world. Second year: Subjects like Mathematics for AIML, Data Structures, Stats for Data Science, Computer Networks, Third year: DBMS, ANN, ML operations Some other elevtives are also available and courses like Universal Human Values, POME, EIPR etc. Honestly, POME, EIPR, UHV should have less course credits and probably MCQ type exams (like IC and Yoga in first year). Curriculum is good and updating for applications helped along with projects. Exams are generally once in a month, 1.5 - 2 units for each subject each exam. Lab exams at the very end before CIE marks finalization. Then 2 weeks gap for Lab SEE, then 1 week gap and actual SEE's.

Placement Experience:

KSIT has an average placement rate of 70%-85% depending on the branch . CSE,ISE and ECE branches have higher placements while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in IT sector . Average package is about 4-6LPA . KSIT attracts many IT based recruitiers with some core companies for non -IT branches . It also provides pre-placement training, coding boot cams, aptitude tests and soft skills development . Alumni network is moderate, but students need off-campus efforts for high paying jobs

This course I adopted since I couldn't do my neet. In 2nd year I thought of taking CSE . I GOT MANY SEATS IN OTHER COLLEGES FOR OTHER COURCES. But I wanted to adopt only CSE based . I mean social or economical or design thinking and scientific foundation.. these courses are of no use while learning engineering so this might be the drawback . Exams are conducted very strictly in our clg and I appreciate that !
