Remarks

Just. about our college ground. which us outside our campus. while our college is awesome in every aspects. and we students will make our college proud. No negative remarks for my college

Course Curriculum Overview

Our Engineering Course curriculum was not up to the mark, as we the student of I. T branch we are forcefully made too learn about all the branches. In other deemed university it is not like that. Students are trained from first year onwards. focusing mainly on practical exposure.

Placement Experience

Our placement cell is work in hard. to get students an opportunity and. intershala is providing students to intern at companies. and our college supports it. I had too applied for internship in urban clap company. under edc cell of our college. which. had a great experience. I too enjoyed the internship. as I was the first year student I wasn't ready to work for stipend. due to insufficient experience. and I enjoyed internship. thanks to dy patil college for organizing such events in our college

College Events

Farenhit, induction ceremony, jatra, fair well, technical workshops like robotics, hacking, AI and ML workshops. Farenhit is an annual day which is as awesome. which we would not see in other colleges. many celebrities come to our college such as actor pravin tarde sir which motivated us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

feasible. For Open category : 1, 26, 500 Rs Obc category :70, 000 While. schloaships are also their. for student with annual income less than 5 lakhs. So our college has feasible fee structure

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah. our college always alert us about scholarship. and loan I don't think that. it be in provided. but Time period is provided for a student to pay his fees as per his convenience. So our college is providing all the stuff.

Campus Life

Our college supports us with extra ciruclum activities. and always motivate us to shi participantion in events. Technical workshops are arranged we show good Interest in this events. While our football and kabadii teams are are do in awesome work at district as well as state level.

Hostel Facilities

No I haven't opted for hostel. I stay with my mom and dad. But as per my convenience college hostel fee structure. is around 130000 which is more than course fee. but. hostel are clean and tidy provided. by breakfast. lunch dinner.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Our I. T branch GENERAL SECRETARY. Vaibhav Gaikwad is hacker among 2000. and is inspiration for us. as a student to learn from him. as. well. and seniors are always helpful for us in our mini projects.

Admission

Their is an ENTRANCE EXAM known- (MHT -CET). Which is an state level entrance exam to get admission into engineering colleges. On the basis of college Cut-Off and reservation criteria, I had applied for I. T stream for Dy patil COE, akurdi through CAP Rounds. Then induction was kept for our warm welcome. and we continued our college

Faculty

Our College Faculty is awesome. Our principal sir keep us motivating, inspiring by conducting inspirational events in our college, While all other staffs is awesome and very helpful not an annoying.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
