Entrance Preview
I took EAMCET entrance test and I got 9k rank. This college named high and almost near by to my location, and I heard it is strict and good for Education and also Autonomous. So I wanted to join in this college because of its name and fame. I Am OC category but with my good rank I got ECE in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure with a focus on gaining knowledge is good. but having some irrelevant subjects in some of the semisters I think, if we dont have those, we could find some time with our own core subjects so I think that needs a change and possibly that will make us even better.
Internships Opportunities
My internship experince is just 1 month old in RCI but having no stipend. That days were good and felt like real employees and got a real chance to work and know the things practically. But our schedule becomes tight, even though we used to manage the pressure situations.
Placement Experience
During all batch like my seniors and super seniors placements were good. For the count it's like 20+ companies visited our college. More the companies more the job oppurtunities, they will give you either job or experience, both are good. I got both and am sure my juniors will get the same because of state bifurcation they may get more oppurtunies as number of seats for Engineering were drastically reduced.
College Events
There are around 10 Engineering colleges nearby to our college and our college will stand at top in any kind of festivals. Very popular and includes lots of participation from other colleges. Every year atleast one cultural and one Technical festival will be conducted for sure and the response will be huge. National wide festivals will be conducted every year and so many participants will be coming from long distances and they will stay in college hostels till the completion of fest.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships from state government will be available and even tution fee will be provided for the families whose income less than one lakh. I never heard of loans, so we never used them. If we need any, our management support will be good as of my knowledge. They will surely support us.
Campus Life
Gender ratios will be almost 5:4. For every 5 boys there will be 4 girls and campus looks very good with all greenary surrounding the college. Labs are good and frequently workshops will be conducted and response from other colleges, participations everything seems fine. Sports life remains only for 2 or 2 1/2 years later there will be no sports beacause of tight schedules for classes and labs. Campus recruitment training program will be conducted for final years and that will be useful to lot of students to cope up.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is good and there are lot of known people around me like seniors from school or inter colleges or some people from surrounding our colony. The relations with our seniors are very good and we celebrated the farewell in happy and tragidic way. They used to help us when we asked for some doubts or suggestions kind of things.
