Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

All the subjects relating to the department start from the first year itself. We have both practical and theory sessions for almost all the subjects. There are regular class test and assignment, based on which we will be evaluated and given internal marks which will have weightage in the final semester exam evaluation.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college trains us for placements in a very great manner, especially for CSE students the probability of getting placed is higher than other departments, well if you are skilled enough you can get placed in any companies, the salary package of the companies is also decent. Internships are not provided by the college for the time being.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for B.Tech per year is Rs. 40,200 for the first year, and Rs. 40,000 for the following three years, a total of Rs. 1.62 Lakhs for the whole course of four years, the fee is not at all costly and is much lower than the fee collected by other well-known engineering colleges. There are schemes like the PM scholarship also for those who find it difficult to pay this amount.

Campus Life

4.5

We have both indoor and outdoor game facilities. Indoor facilities like table tennis and all outdoor games like cricket and handball. Extracurricular activities are given equal importance here. The labs are well maintained and well-equipped, the ratio of boys and girls is almost equal. There is no discrimination of any sort.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The rooms in the hostels are very spacious, it could easily accommodate 4 but only 2 of us live in it. It is a very calm atmosphere, we have a great time in our hostel. The food provided is nutritious and delicious. The rooms have cupboards and there are bathrooms on each floor. Electricity and water are provided throughout the day.

Admission

For admissions in Gujarat you have to clear the GUJCET entrance examination, the greater the score the greater the list of eligible colleges, it is similar to the JEE mains that we generally write for engineering courses. After applying for the college a merit list was released and I was called for counselling, I chose CSE as my department.

Faculty

4.5

We have some of the best faculties, very experienced and highly knowledgeable. They are very kind to us and teach the subject in a way we understand, they are very inspiring people, we aspire to be like some of the staffs in our college when we grow up. They behave with all of us in the same way, there is no biasing.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

I had also applied for other colleges like jindal and DU but the exposure this university has is very immense.
