Remarks

This college is said to be one of the good and well recognized college as it has well academic performance and even for extra circular activities.It has got a huge campus,good faculty and most importantly good placement are also available.

As I already mentioned above the curriculum is much easier and not much stress full and whereas if we talk about the faculty then the faculty Is amazing and very much friendly, they keep no discrimination or any sort of persuality as far as I know.

What shall I say about this!! DG vaishnav college has regular each and everyday one or the other events going on while they might be on a small scale or large but we have each and every celebrations on all festival and we even promote entrepreneurship so we even organize vaishnav bazzar,which is a huge success all and everytime more than 20000 walkinns are their from all over the Chennai.

our campus has all the labs and well good equipments and big playing ground, many courts like basketball,badminton,tennis,and much more. We even have a library in our campus. It also has a big canteen and also an CCD Inside the campus itself.

Likes

the college also organizes technical events, workshops, seminar, cultural, festivals and placement training programs with helps students enhance their practical knowledge
the campus has a diverse student community with a healthy and inclusive atmosphere.
the aspects I liked the most were support faculty, disciplined campus environment.

Dislikes

placement opportunities may be stronger for certain branches and others
Wi-Fi connectivity can be inconsistent in some area in the campus
parking facilities may becomes crowded during peak hours

The Infrastructure and canteen facility is too bad
The don't have any impressive placement or guidance
The college faculty are so judgemental and they are so strict

I choose DG vaishanvcollege for its strong academic reputation, affordable fees structure and excellent placement support especially in HR and marketing . So i applied LIBA ( Loyola institute of business management and SRM ) other than DG vaishnav college . I got acceptance from DGVC and SRM and i got regected from LIBA . I chose DGVC as it has affordable fees of 4 lakhs in total , also they are giving duel specialisations, also its affilated to university of madras , placement support and location advantage. I got rejection from liba as the cut off was not clear as my percentile was below 80 as the cut of was 85 plus. The admission process was quiet simple for DGVC as the - 1. Eligibility to apply was min 60 % in Bachelor degree 2. TANCET exam was preffed we have to submit the application through online portal of DGVC. Submit the TANCET score , it will shortlist accoding to the cut off , then we have a personal interview and final selection and documentation process...Read More
