Beautiful British Infrastructure and wooden furniture and well maintained buildings. College is blessed with brilliant library. Since it’s in hill station, administration should put heating system in near winter.

This course helps in understanding the Vibrant nature of our country. It’s an direction to Awareness of self existence. If one study this subject with interest, he/ she can will transform into a very neutral individual. It also help to shape our perspective.

There is no placement from college in my field. One have to apply for Organisation like UNESCO, ASI, or can go for decorative Indian Civil Services. Also people with curious mindset and artistic approach can work with TV channels Like History TV, National Geographic etc

College celebrates teachers day, Annual sports meet, meet ups, Founders days etc. Major Events are Convocation, where Honourable Governor of the state visit and present degree to Scholars. Since majority of students are from same district, parents are invited and they come with full enthusiasm.

As per central Government guidelines for Government colleges. This university fall under central government Scheme and fee is low in comparison to my earlier university. It costs hardly 50 dollar per semester. Fee break down is transparent. Mode of payments are offline or bank deposit.

No I haven’t since I come from a privileged higher middle class background. But yes college have scholarships. One can get on merit basis.

College is vibrant in nature’s. People are not formal interns of metro political colleges. Politics is active and every year election happen. No gender discrimination since all students are well educated and groom by their family and schools. Workshop are often scheduled l.

No, since I love my freedom and nature of exploring. But I have visited the hostels, they are average in terms of Infrastructure. One can get it on first come first serve basis. Though there are many PG near by which costs 10-15 thousands a month.

People love college. Even some officer ranks are people who are in the town often visit campus. It’s the experience and pure feeling which make them come and visit. Many old students visit on alumni and project their views too.

Process is bit easy, all you have to do is, make a registration on the website of the university. Fill up the form and put your scanned copy of Marksheet’s and TC. I am curious to know about my civilisation, country and this interest leads me to opt this course.

Faculty are well learned. Most of them are PHD holder and worked on particular fields which is the soul of today’s local history. Our professors have written books on particular themes and evens. For Eg, Cultural & political History of Uttrakhand. They are well educated.
