Course Curriculum Overview
Academics here are fairly good, faculties are quite helpful. Sessions are held semester wise so for each midsemester and end semester exams are conducted. Every year several companies visit our college to provide placements like Flipkart, axis bank,icici bank, etc
Placement Experience
Our institution provides good placement facilities. Companies like Flipkart, axis bank,icici bank, cognizant and many more come to give jobs. The placement procedure consists of aptitude test, technical round for engineering and interview. The college placement cell provides training and good assistance for the placement procedure.
College Events
Our college is very active in hosting several events. The biggest feast of northeast "consensus" is held in our campus and several other events like technowanza, intercollege events are held here. This year hackathon one of the biggest tech events is also going to be held in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite feasible. There is complete transparency about the fees paid. No extra payment has to be done to secure a seat. All kind of bank/online payments are accepted by the college like direct transfer, draft, rtgs/neft, online transfer.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college offers scholarships for students. It is based on 2 features at the time of admission based on 12 result students are offered a scholarship - above 90%- 50% scholarship, above 80%- 25% scholarship. And even based on academics exam scholarships are given, the topper of the batch is given a cheque of 18k every semester.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is approx 1:1. The extracurricular activities are also good many department events and sports are held every semester. Every department organises workshops in their respective fields, several speakers are invited to impart knowledge which is really good for the academics and professional growth of the student
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided is very nice and comforting with a sufficient number of rooms for both girls and boys hostel. Room is well- structured and maintained with good food and cleanliness. The rooms are of 3 types - 2,3 and 4 seaters.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors and alumni network is good as the seniors and faculties are very helpful in every field required personal to professional. Even they give a recommendation at the time of placement in their resp. companies and others also.
Faculty
Faculties of our institution are quite a professional and well qualified, imparting all relevant information about academics and industrial background. In our course, we have around 10 -15 faculties, all specialised in their respective subjects. The faculties hold relevant industry- experience, as they have themselves, had practical experience.
