Remarks

Management is very worst. They are running a military school and not college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

College is affiliated to Annauniversity and follow their syllabus, exam structure. Subjects are challenging sometimes. Maths is slightly difficult. IT related subjects made me feel like a professional and they are fair, and up-to date. There will also be industrial visit every quarterly once in an academic year.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement in my college is pretty decent. Even during 2008 recession, there was a campus interview drive.

College Events

0.5

No such events actually to be honest. They organised Diwali festival just once when I was studying. Rarely they organise cultural I heard, but not in my batch. Occasionally they invite guest speakers to college, and they share their success stories. This is just to motivate students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Management quota fee structure is slightly high, but government quota is the best way to join. Fee is very nominal if you come through that quota. They accept cash and cheque. Transport and books fee are separate from tuition fee. Fee breakdown is transparent.

Fees and Financial Aid

College didn't offer any scholarship as far as I'm aware. So, I'm not sure of eligibility. I availed education loan from a govt run bank. College provide you bonafide for that.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life is horrible to be frank. They deploy a security in the front gate, and always there will be screening on your hairdo, costume, whether you wearing ID or not, and if you have mobile with you etc. No extracurricular activities. Just for name sake they have sports team.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a professor who is in charge for alumni meet. She organizes meet every year. But as days go no one turned up, so she started cancelling the events I guess.

Admission

Through management quota I joined. I opted electrical engineering as that course offers opportunity in IT as well as electrical core domain. I chose this institute because it is one of the colleges which offers good campus interview. You need to secure decent grades to get seat in this college.

Faculty

2

Lecturers are mostly of M.tech degree holder with minimum 3-10 years experience. most of them are versatile and are capable to take classes for multiple subjects, some of them actually did in my batch. They do have relevant experience in teaching and also in the field they are in.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
