College management is quite friendly with parents and students, but the only thing it lacks in Fee Scholarship, all other things are better and quite good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Artificial intelligence, smart lab for groom learning are the key factors for students and there twice a semester student visits to particular industrial for live practical performance. Course duration are 3-4 years depends upon the course you choose, My btech - IT course is of 4 years and Mtech -Cse is of 3 years I m in final year. Exam Structure is very good 3 times mid exam and then final semester exam which helps to learn students in a better way.
Placement Experience
Wipro, TCS, AGI, L&T many companies visits Daviet for campus placement drive, Every company has has almost 3 rounds which includes Aptitude test, techincal test and face to face Interiew process with HR. Average tentative percentage of placed students is 72 Percent. As college is quite famous many companies automatically come and with some companies our college has 5 year contract which renews automatically.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
No I have not opted any scholarship scheme, but I want to, but the truth is the procedure regarding scholarship scheme in our college is not appropriate, finance and accounts depts is very lazy in case of scholarship details. So in the field of scholarship I am not satisfied, but other factors like studies it's good.
Campus Life
Gender ratio male to female is 100:90. Friendly and open environment. Extracurricular includes youth festival, dance competition, Technofest. Labs : includes computer labs. Workshops, artificial intelligence environment. Sports includes : Interdistrict badminton game everyyear. Debates on hot topics.
Hostel Facilities
No I don't opt hostel because I m dayscholar, but I have the fees details about hostel. Hostel Admission Fee : Rs. 1500/-. Hostel Security One Time (refundable) : Rs. 3000/-. Furnishing & Maintenance Charges : Rs. 4000/-.
Alumni/Alumna
My interaction with my senior is quite better they are helpful upto some extent, some are good and some are rude, depends upon person to person nature, overall good environment.
Admission
Famous in jalandhar, my senior advised to join this college because this has good reputation as compared to other colleges, many factors come like study factors, placement factors and many more which includes co-curricular activities, friendly environment for students.
Faculty
Number of lecturers approx : 126 Average age of lecturer- 30 - 50 Qualification : Mtech, PHD Lecturers hold also many certification to particular field There is online as well offline facility by which students can avail the whole data related to studies. There is also large student library which have almost 2000 books of different topic.

Every aspect of the college was good including the infrastructure, academic, festivals held at college. But, the only problem was related to placements as there was not prior communication regarding the company‰Ûªs to the students
Admission
The college held their own entrance test which students has to clear to get admission in the college. I have the test in 2011 session and got selected for the admission. The competition was quite high at that time as the college was very popular . Nobody was selected without entrance test
Admission
There is no criteria for admission, If you are a graduate you can apply for masters course and you get selected. Same is the case with bachelors degree. If you want to enroll for bachelors degree the only criteria is you must have scored above 60 percent in 12th standard in physics, chemistry and Mathematics.

Most of the top companies visited our campus like Infosys, IBM, Videocon, fortis, Godrej, dell, AXIS Bank, HCL, Airtel, Accenture, Tata, Hdfc Banks, Vodafone, Wipro etc who offered a good package of the selected students.
Entrance Preview
Applied for LPU e-test and scored 158 out of 210 marks. Choose civil engineering as I am interested in construction and designing of new infrastructure and my father is also a civil engineer.
Placement Experience
Place for branches like C.S.E ,E.C.E , E.E.E and others are good with an average package of around 3.2 lakhs and for MBA students minimum package is around 6 lakh. Various national and international companies come to take talented aspirant from our college.

The one word for the lpu is that it is the upcoming no 1 university of India and it has student from not only India but also from the abroad and the management of the lpu is very high qualify and has future vision to make the lpu India's no 1 university.
