The management is so good but sometimes they are very strict and don't listen to reasons and don't tolerate little things.

They help you master whatever your interests are professionally, they provide resources which could be expensive for a student. They give you various chances to practice your skills and they also provide internship to the students who are persuing the careers.

Lots of placement companies come to our college every year and the teachers help getting internship in various companies. The university itself provides chances for internship into the departments. The university includes many subjects from the first semester only to prepare us for placements.

Tech Fest, CU Fest, Youth Fest. I've been in the university for last 2 years and have worked in various festivals. The scale of participations is massive as the participants are from national and international levels. Chandigarh University held a international youth fest last year with various countries like Russia, China, Afganistanetc participating in it.

The fee structure is feasible for my course but I think the fees for science streams is pretty expensive. I pay 44500 per semester for BAJMC. There are lots of mediums through which we could pay but I mostly use the online payment method by part paying. But the university asks to pay the full fees before the start of the next semester.

Yes they provide scholarship criteria for students scoring good marks in zee mains and also CUSAT they take an exam and provide scholarship accordingly.

Gender ratio in my course is almost 1:1, students form groups for performing arts and no one is a victim of discrimination. Everyone stays away from any kind of discrimination and this is the first place where I haven't seen ragging of any type. The political orientation of everyone differs significantly according to the region they belong to. I've been a part of many debates among the students in this issue.

Yes, The hostel rooms are a bit congested but the cleanliness is worth mentioning. The rooms are cleaned regularly by the maids provided by the administration. The toilets are cleaned everyday. The food too is good and we get different varieties every different day.

Yes, the seniors are very helpful and offer support of every kind to the juniors. I myself got a lot of help from my seniors when I was struggling to find a place in the university. I too help my juniors whenever I could.

Always wanted to be a photographer and heard a lot about the university and while looking for colleges I sorted out Chandigarh University with my parents because of the relevance of the place and environment in which the university was situated thats why I took a chance.

There are almost 5-6 lectures everyday, the teachers are very young but they all have somewhat professional experience in the field they are teaching in. They are almost our age so its not a problem for anyone to ask for help or anything regarding the studies. They all teach with the proper knowledge, here they are very knowledgeable about the subjects. We are frequently taken to industrial visits to know what we are about to face in the future.
