Overall Nice College

The college has good infrastructure, and the teaching staff is also great. The bad thing about this college is the placements package is not satisfactory and quite low. To take admitted to this college (or in any college in Maharashtra) you have to fill college enrollment form and put the name of colleges in the priority sequence (most priority to least priority), and this admission process starts after 15-20 days of 12th results (at the end of June). This was the best college I can get in my locality in accordance with my marks. I gathered information about this college from the college's official page and from the college unit.

I love coding that's why I choose the Computer Science stream, I also love business management but I can choose only one, and my family supports coding more than business management that's why I enroll in computer science. The college faculty is very friendly and knowledgeable. The faculty: student ratio is somewhere between 1-15 to 1-10. The faculty is very Qualified as compared to other local colleges. Around 60-65% of faculty is the Ph.D. holder and the remaining 35-40% have done Mtech. Teaching is an art and the faculty is good at this art (3 out of 5). Exams are always on time and the difficulty level is moderate.

15-20% get an internship in companies like TCS, persistent, bitlance, etc. When a student gets an internship in such a reputed company. They get a chance to work on live projects in this company and most of the time also, get an offer letter at the end of the internship.

In the third semester, one becomes eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Justdial, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. Comes and numbers of an offer made by all of them together are around 60-80 in the Computer Science stream. About 60% of students got placed during the 2019 placement session with the highest package of 6 lakhs and the average package of 3.5 lakhs. I am planning to do a job after engineering and then MBA after 1.5 years of job.

Fees don't fluctuate very much it remains between 1,20,000-1,10,000. There are two ways one can get a scholarship. The form in which Quota he/she belongs. His/Her marks. I got admission through the second category as my marks were good, that's why I got a TFWS seat, my fees are 10,000 per year constant.

The annual function of Aashayein and, the tech fest Esparenza is every year in February month. The library is big and you get every academic book in the library. The infrastructure of the library is great and the library is equipped with computers and a good internet connection. There is also a digital library if you don't get any books offline. The classroom is simple and equipped with fans, lights, and a projector. There are many opportunities for sports enthusiasts who can apply for different groups and clubs.
