Average college, good place to have fun not so great place for excellence.

The course will have 8 demisters and gitam has its own syllabus and examination first seven semesters will have subjects only and labs. labs are comparatively good in gitam and unhave tondonone internship after sixth sem and in 8 th sem u have to do a project.

Mainly mass recruitment companies will come for campus recruitment and some good paying companies also come like Deloitte.

There will be some fests every year conducted by student chapters and there will be many work shops conducted on different topics by some good proffessors but may not be that useful though any ways it depends on one's interest and also cultural fests will also be there.

I can say expensive at my time it was 1. 54 lakhs per year which in 2012 to 2016 every year git increased 15 thousand so it's more than 2 lakhs now which I can say is way expensive so if u from middle class don't go for gitam not worth the money that's it.

Not opted any scholarships or loan scholarships will be given for top performers in gitam entrance test.

Gender ratio is almost 1:1 and for sports u have one big ground labs are good comparatively good when compared to other colleges debates will happens in fests ubcan participate and show case ur talent nothing much I guess work shopsvwill be there in fests.

Yes hostel rooms will be very good with seperate sockets tables and chairs good for online games and coming to food comparatively good but hostel in gitam is expensive so choose accordingly. but u will have fun.

No I did not get to reach alumini or I did not get a chance or need tobreach out to my alumini so no suggestions on this.

You need to write gitam entrance test (GIT) to get into Gitam I opted vizag branch in the three branches because vizag branch will have more campus placements and I opted for ece thought it will be good for jobs but later got to know cse I'd better to opt as there are only software which comes for campus recruitment.

Only average but some are good but I feel u cannot find that best faculty. But recently gitam started recruitment only people from nits and IITs so the quality of faculty increased a little bitm so u might hope u will find some good faculty nothing more.
