Course Curriculum Overview
A student preparing for MBBS requires a strong practical knowledge and experience to grasp the viewpoints and scope of the course. Our college provides us with more laboratory sessions, which leaves us with a better understanding of the subjects. I am happy with the course curriculum. It?s a 4.5 year course with one year internship. We have exams annually conducted by the university. Three internal exams are conducted by the college for better performance in the university exam.
Placement Experience
Our college provides a good placement opportunity. Most of the students pursue higher education. But the rest got placed either through college recruitment or after completing their internship. My seniors get monthly 20,000Rs during the internship. If their work is good they get placed at the same hospital. Placement is good at our college. Only one batch got passed out until now.
College Events
Our college management conducts quiz competition in which various college students participate. We also have a cultural fest which is organized by the second-year students in December every year. Last year we were the organizers and enjoyed a lot. We get to spend time with all other batch seniors and juniors and its great fun.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We need to pay an amount of 60K at the time of admission. Consecutive years the annual fee to be paid is 1 lakh. The fee structure is neither too low nor too high it is affordable as loan can be availed. The scholarship is also provided for talented merit students. The students from Telangana can apply for a scholarship that provides little concession in fees.
Campus Life
Our college encourages students in extracurricular activities and sports. Our exam and course are really hectic, such extracurricular activity is a great relief from regular studies. We have a huge library that can accommodate around 60 students at a time with 4 reading rooms and fully centralized and air-conditioned. Classrooms have audio-visual aids.
Alumni/Alumna
Our first batch of students have just passed out, so we don't have an alumni network. But yes, all our seniors are very helpful whether it is academic help or cultural activities. They are very friendly and supportive. They guide us whenever we need them.
Admission
A total of 100 seats are at this college for MBBS. The candidates who are willing to have a career in medicine filed, need to first appear for the National Eligibility Entrance Examination conducted all over India. You need to achieve a valid score in the exam plus 50% marks in the 12th exam from a recognized board. Candidates have to apply online for counselling paying the registration fee. Here they need to provide their name, email id, phone number and NEET score. If eligible based on the NEET score the students will be further contacted for document verification and payment of fees.
Faculty
No negative remarks while talking about Faculty. Our College provides the best doctors as our faculty with a high-end experience. They teach us from the very basic concept and then move in-depth to the chapter which helps in better understanding. The courses are structured in such a way that we may handle the clinical scenario presented by professors. Our faculties try their maximum to uplift us in all aspects.
