Some students go for MD/MS Diploma after studying MBBS who want to continue with their medical career. I was one of them. Some of my batchmates went for working in private hospitals, or government jobs. Placement here for us was provided in the form of internships.

We celebrate World Environment Day, Eye World Anaesthesia Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, Antibiotic Awareness Week etc. The college also organised an Eye Donation Awareness Rally. The students organise quiz sessions, workshops etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for MBBS costs 14,663 followed by examination fees of 12,000 and another hostel, canteen, books cost depending upon the student. The total fees for pursuing MBBS will be approx 80,000. Here the college provides a chance to drop out after the first year.

The college building is old but it is well maintained. The labs are in good condition. They were recently developing research blocks, they have separate hostel for boys and girls, the college also has a playground for sports activities and fitness sessions.

Admission

I got admission in this college through entrance exam (NEET). You also must have passed your 10+2 examination and must have a valid score. You'll be called if you are one of the shortlisted candidates. You need to submit the necessary documents during the time of admission.

The teachers assisted students in answering any of our questions via mail or in person, they offered help with internships, they had extended office hours and would also write letters of recommendation for us. They also conducted feedback sessions on our research papers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very passionate about entering the medical field quite early in my life, so I knew what I had to do when I was in school. Medical field is a very challenging area to choose and the work life balance is not as good as other professions. However, it is very engaging and interesting for people who are actually interested in the subject. However, one cannot practice medicine after finishing MBBS because of the increasing competition, so he has to do PG course in order to be more approachable for the patients as well as to serve better in the specific field. The course curriculum is start in a well planned manner and the portions are completed ahead of time so that students have around 1 to 1.5 months of study break before the university exams every year. So, along with the exams that take place throughout the year, students will also have ample time to prepare for their exams in their own way preferred.
