The curriculum of the B.Com course is just like any other B.Com course. However, at this university sufficient focus is laid upon the practicality of the course. The exam structure of the college is also pretty defined and consists of many practical examinations too.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities of the college are commendable. Students who are about to complete the duration of their respective courses get an option to sit for placements where several big companies and other institutions offer them a lucrative career ahead of the college life.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The cost of pursuing B.Com at this college is ?1,00,000 for the complete three year, full time, on-campus course. In my opinion, this fee is justified if compared to the quality of education imparted at this university.

Campus Life

There are several extra curricular activities organised by the college with an intention to provide a platform to the students to exhibit their skills and to learn new skills. Students actively take part in the same and highly appreciate it.

Alumni/Alumna

After completing my 10+2, I started to search for colleges that offer the B.Com course. In no time, I came across Vinayaka Missions University - [VMU], Salem. Taking admission in this college was a simple and a quick process as the administrative staff were really helpful.

The faculty of the college is too good to be true as the amount of experience that they possess is unbeatable and also they have contributed immensely to this field as well. Also, the teachers here take personal interest in the growth and development of every student.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.
