GATE exam and score 562 and ranked 3321 among 215000 student. This university is top central university of our country. Specially famous for research work.

Internships Opportunities

As we are get stipend from MHRD because we are GATE qualified so we have to give some time to academics so we are not allowed for internship. Any way some very good companies visit our campus for internship after completion of M.Tech . companies are IBM, DELL ,AMAZON etc.

Placement Experience

Its very good, average package is 6lpa. Till now from m.tech 50% student are placed. Companies are Teradata 7lpa,Works application 36lpa, Musigma 5lpa, Quardatics 4lpa ,TCS 3.4lpa,TCS Digital 6lpa,TCS labs 7.8lpa, Hitachi 4.25lpa, Zen Tech 4lpa .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very very feasible. Tuition fee is approx 25k per yer. Hostel fee is 1000 per yer and mess fee is approx 1500 pm. Which is very less then M.Tech fee of all other NITs and other Private and state level gov universities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there are many scholarship schemas and loan facilities are available.I know about 3 type of scholarships . One which I get and that is GATE soldiership and is 12.4pm to all gate qualified student, 2nd for all reserve category student of Aandra and Telangana.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes we have one function to do this where we interact with our university alumni of our department on the day of foundation day of our department. I will attend this function this year by the end of this month.

Exam Structure

We have the exams in our university itself. Exam schedule is one time based one academics calender of the university.

Faculty

All faculties are good and specialized in there subjects few faculties are very very good.

IIT Hyderabad Review

Placement Experience:

To be frank enough the placement of IIT is very excellent. Not only did the industrial leader visit the campus but IIT Hyderabad also promotes start-ups to take part in the recruitment drive. That gives us an opportunity to be part of a startups group. Companies like Accenture Japan, Google, Microsoft, MTX, Rakuten, TSMC, Tech Mahindra visit the campus. The highest placement package during our batch was 55 LPA from Google and the average package was around 17.50 LPA

Remarks:

I heard they always force the students to pay the fees in time. Some times we feel egoistic, aggressive behavior among the students and lectures. In case of any adhoc work or when lectures doesn't responds in time for days together we will see impatience between the students and management. During our period, couple of lectures are changed because they are not able to co-operate with the students.
