Remarks
A very good college for acquiring post-graduation in medical field. I enjoyed the time spent at my college. During my course period our teachers and our seniors helped us a lot. A special thanks to our college management for providing good education and placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a 3 year course with exam conducted annually. The course is conceptual based and the skills needed to administer professional health care are introduced to the students. This course focuses on prevention, detection, and treatment of diseases. Students taking this course gain an in-depth understanding of the Medical Science industry. We get specialized in identifying medicines, and conduct numerous laboratory tests and observations.
Placement Experience
Our college has just started in the year 2011, but still its first batch has successfully completed their course with 100 percent placement in MBBS. For MD course, we have only 2 seats and therefore we get placed easily. We are also given chance to provide lecture classes for the MBBS students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structures are very feasible, as it is a government college. There are also many scholarship provided for state backward class students and the merit students. The fee structure for MD course is cheap. When I studied, the fee structure was around 2lakh per year. The fees has to be paid annually, for Telangana students, part of the fee can be reimbursed.
Campus Life
We had sports day conducted at our college every year. We used to have intercollege football, volleyball and cricket tournaments. We are also provided with a huge library and fully equipped laboratory. I love my college infrastructure and recommend everyone to opt for ESIC College.
Alumni/Alumna
As it is a newly established medical institution, there is no alumni network yet. Our seniors are really supportive. They never deny for any help asked. They help us during our exams by marking important topics. We also borrow books and study material from our seniors.
Admission
Candidates aspiring to get admitted to the MD course in any specialization at ESIC medical college is supposed to have the below said eligibility. The basic eligibility for getting admitted for MD course is that the applicant should have passed a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) degree from a recognized university. Mode of admission is direct; there are only two seats available for MD at our college. In case of more applicants, skills of students are checked via an entrance exam.
Faculty
All our faculties are well educated and qualified. They are very nice, approachable and put great effort in imparting proper knowledge to the students. Our faculty used to teach with much joy and honesty. I 'm confident that my medical college faculties are much different than other college faculties. I am at the position today because of my faculty members.
