Remarks

This was one of the top private colleges in India and number 1 in Himachal Pradesh.The admission process was through JEE MAIN score and it was an easy process

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE as it was having a great scope,there are around 30 students in each batch,lectures were taken combine for 2 batches .Faculty is well qualified

I got placed in the very first week of the campus placement season.There are a lot of companies who visit with good package best one being AMAZON

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is normal as compared to other private colleges in India,even lesser than some like Manipal etc.

Campus Life

Life is just amazing at JUIT.There are a number of clubs in JUIT including Technical clubs,Cultural,NGOs etc.Round the year many events are conducted including fests.You can find almost all books in the library or request them it will be made available

Hostel Facilities

JUIT has the best hostel enough space for everything plus all rooms have spaced balconies which open to mountain views

campus placement is good to moderate means is great avg package is 600000 as of my b.tech cse. yes for eligible for campus by 75% attendance , have to not a backlog in any sem need to pass each semester .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Updated to align with NEP-2020 guidelines starting from 2023 onward. CSE (AI & DS) branch includes modern subjects like Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud basics. Core branches (ECE, ME, EE, CE) follow standard Indian engineering frameworks with essential subjects. Syllabus similar to other govt engineering colleges under HP Tech University, so fairly up to date.

Placements are average , it totally depends on the students skills and their cgpa. From 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Redhat vistited the campus and made more than 200 offers. 171+ companies visited. Highest package is 1.11cr, average is 6lpa. 70% students gets placed. Planning to go in tech related jobs in industries after getting the degree.

Worst management ever.they are not helpful at any things.they only make fake promise at start but no promises had been fulfilled. No placement no extra curriculum no events no sports no clubs nothing at all.I don't know how I spend my time in that college

JUIT- beautiful place

I applied in thapar, jiit, juit and Manipal. I got admission in all of them but I chose juit. I didn't go to jiit because my parents thought that environment of juit would be better. Also they were a bit hesitant to me living in Delhi for my graduation as people are very young during graduation. Didn't choose manipal as juit was better in every aspect other than placements. Juit is good

I had got admission in Jaypee noida but in 128 sector and also stream was IT which I didn't preferred so I left that.
