Computer Science and engineering is the field to be in the 21st century, Jaypee University has a good curriculum and well qualified faculty.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, Internship opportunity is given in the 3rd year summer break. During the COVID period in campus internships were also provided.

Placement Experience

JUIT has a dedicated placement cell for campus placements, ample companies come for placements every year. Placement cell will help/guide you in every steps during your placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The free structure is normal like any other private/govt institute. Scholarship is given to low income families. JUIT has a good placement cell and ample amount of companies visit the campus every year, CSE has ~100% placement record.

Campus Life

The campus is located in the beautiful hills of the shimla/solan region which makes living in campus a wonderful experience.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are well equipped with Wifi and all other creature comforts. Mess is common for all hostelers with decent food.

campus placement is good to moderate means is great avg package is 600000 as of my b.tech cse. yes for eligible for campus by 75% attendance , have to not a backlog in any sem need to pass each semester .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Updated to align with NEP-2020 guidelines starting from 2023 onward. CSE (AI & DS) branch includes modern subjects like Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud basics. Core branches (ECE, ME, EE, CE) follow standard Indian engineering frameworks with essential subjects. Syllabus similar to other govt engineering colleges under HP Tech University, so fairly up to date.

Placements are average , it totally depends on the students skills and their cgpa. From 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Redhat vistited the campus and made more than 200 offers. 171+ companies visited. Highest package is 1.11cr, average is 6lpa. 70% students gets placed. Planning to go in tech related jobs in industries after getting the degree.

Worst management ever.they are not helpful at any things.they only make fake promise at start but no promises had been fulfilled. No placement no extra curriculum no events no sports no clubs nothing at all.I don't know how I spend my time in that college

JUIT- beautiful place

I applied in thapar, jiit, juit and Manipal. I got admission in all of them but I chose juit. I didn't go to jiit because my parents thought that environment of juit would be better. Also they were a bit hesitant to me living in Delhi for my graduation as people are very young during graduation. Didn't choose manipal as juit was better in every aspect other than placements. Didn't choose thapar because of high fee structure but almost similar quality of education...Read More

Juit is good

I had got admission in Jaypee noida but in 128 sector and also stream was IT which I didn't preferred so I left that. All about juit

To get CS, you should get 70 percent in 12th You can find application form fees and dates on juit website. There is a reservation for OBC, military background, and facilities children. There are three exams within a 1.5-month gap which is quite decent....Read More
