The college has played a major role in making me understand that we need role models in our lives to help us grow and follow so that we may choose the right path in our career. The role model can be our teachers or anybody else whose life experiences attracts us towards them. For me, some of my faculties have been role models.
Course Curriculum Overview
The M.A. in Economics course is for two years and is structured in terms of both theoretical and practical classes. Both the theory and the practical subjects are taken into consideration during examination and marks are given based on the performance of the students on these subjects.
Placement Experience
Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University has a placement cell where students are asked to register and then sit for interviews if they are found eligible for the recruitment process. Students have to perform well in their studies and pass examinations to be eligible for placement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the two-year course is feasible for most students. Students who were unable to pay the fee on their own could apply for education loans which will support them in their studies and enable them to pursue their dreams without any obstacle.
Campus Life
We had many workshops and conferences where there were esteemed guest speakers from around the country and the world who shared their experiences with us and helped us realize the scenario that we would face once we complete our studies.
Admission
I was a graduate in Economics and wanted to carry on with my studies, hence applied to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University with an MA in Economics. The selection was merit-based which means that the graduation marks were considered in the selection process.
Faculty
The teachers that we had were very serious with their subjects and made sure that not of the students lacked behind in their course work. They were strictly professional in their work and did not allow any form of mischief which would hamper the educational environment of the class.
