Course Curriculum Overview

I think my course is very bravo and I am consistently do some well about my course I am the understudy of which course that is the English distinctions I generally attempt to my best execution. I will be graduate in next 2 years.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is great. Our senior batch has got 70% placement in different companies. They offer their own company roles and they teach them how to perform. and after doing this course you can go for the teaching profession also and this is very great option for the future.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our school authority choose the expense of each understudy for occasional assessment inner assessment and last is the semester assessment. I present my school fee.And my expense measure of 1000 for per semester. I didn't think about any grant and advance facility.Because I not take an advance from my school there has no open door for undergrad advance. I studding by my dad own money. And I am not a salaried individual.

Campus Life

We have a lot progressively extracurricular exercises like science labs sports ground container ball ground and nursery in the school and our games instructor consistently state going to experience childhood in your playing criteria.we consistently need to better execution in the game. Our senior understudy and school authority deal with the occasion and celebration.our senior understudy do some occasion like Saraswati Puja, Milad, and a lot increasingly get-together like populace of the world, again the extremely of wild driving.

Admission

After HS(+2 Stage) I applied for English distinctions , I am chosen in merit list. What's more, I take confirmation. After that I proceeded with my study. The employees and the educators of the school are superb . Lastly in 2019 I am finished my graduation.

Faculty

In our college, faculty is great as our teachers help students in all situation. They teach students by their own teaching method so that students can understand everything. There are only 3 main teachers and 2 guest teachers.

Likes

Fixed timetable Classes, regular assessment and class test
The professors are very qualified and their teaching style is excellent.
A lot of books are available in the main library as well as in the department library

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus and curriculum of Calcutta University is aligned with other entrance examination (eg.IIT JAM, JEST, TIFR, GATE etc.) Specially for the Physics BSc course. And the syllabus is updated Artificial intelligence bacis, Python Advance level is in syllabus, it's completed in college. Point to be Noted - The time given to prepare for the exam is sometimes ample but sometimes it is very less. So we have to prepare syllabus in time which is little bit frustrating.

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

Likes

The discipline is followed very strictly. Also you have access to library which is good, teachers are helpful and no ragging policy which is strictly followed and has a decent environment.
Thery conduct seminars which encourages students. Many faculty members are knowledgeable experienced in their respective subjects and helpful willing to solve doubts beyond the classroom also.
The college has decent infrastucture including classrooms, labs and library .

Dislikes

While the curriculum is decent ,it lacks sufficeint practical implementation.More hands on projects, real world application and industry exposure would improve learning significantly.
Campus life can sometimes fell limited in terms of active student interaction.Opportunites for clubs, networking and collaborative activities could be improved.
The college comes under St tHomas School so the campus is not great it is compact and has a canteen.

Placement Experience:

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

The teacher's are friendly and helpful. They do provide helpful recommendations for the betterment of your future.

Dislikes

The seniors are overly harsh when it comes to 1st year.
The infrastructure could be worked on. The college lacks renovation.
The hostel does require everyday cleaning and renovation as well as the campus.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this but I guess from the sixth semester the students are eligible for campus placements. This year a student from AEIE got a package of 11.2 lacs per annum and the average is around 4 lacs per annum.

The Framework is said to be great, with well equipped classroom and simply get to the libraries.
The offices at this college are great. In any case, these changes depending on the quality of the companies going by the college and the victory of the internship changes by the internship.
Understudies appreciate the campus life and flexibility to associate with others understudies. However, there are few impediments such as the division of floors between senior and junior. College life is nice and could be an inviting place for others

Dislikes

The college doesn't have lodging, and understudies must organize their settlement locally.
The college doesn't have a big field to play like any other big college

Placement Experience:

In Syamaprasad College placements and internships are given to the final year students. And the companies that offer placements are Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. The highest package goes up to 20-24 lakhs and the average package goes to 6-8 lakhs. 70-80% of students get their placement in my college. At that time I planned to get the degree and apply to a multinational company with a high salary package with company facilities.
