Placement Experience
YES,The college does provides you with amazing internship opportunities.I basically saw leading media houses and NGOs coming in the college.some of the them being BBC,THE TIMES OF INDIA,The hindustan times etc.I just want to say you will have bucket full of knowledge once you are done interning with these media houses.
College Events
There are whole alot of events which are conducted.but the biggest one being Biswamil which is conducted at a very large scale.this is one of the biggest cultural fest which sees participation of students across all country and also sees participation from international students too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for one year is around 3,50,000.however i feel that the fee is not that expensive.because the kind of exposure the college provides you with is totally worth the fee.Once you are done with the course you will not complain about the fees which is for sure.
Fees and Financial Aid
as far as i know the college has tie ups with banks such has dena bank icici bank hdfc bank.so that they can avail education loans to the students who wish to admit in the college.As the college is having tie ups with these banks so payment of fees should'nt be a great concern
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are quite happening.As i was from the the journalism field we had something called as studio@jsjc which basically gace training tostudents in the field of radio and television.other than this the sports activities are quite amazing.there where special yoga sessions which were conducted for srudents and for staff as well.
Admission
So basically if you want to get into this prestigious college you have to go through 3 rounds. So Round 1 basically involves filling of application form which is available in the college website itself.After filling up the form a telephonic interview is conducted.selected students are eligiblefor round 2 which involves interview with the faculty of the college and also considering anyone of the entrance exam score (SAT, ACT, LSAT-India,JSAT).Students who have been selected for round 3 will be recieving a provisional offer of admission.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is really very helpful.they are ready to help you out even at a very short notice.they know their respective subject to the core,which indeed helped the students alot to understand the subject .
