Course Curriculum Overview

The entire curriculum is of three years and as we have two semester system, Our course comprises of a total of six semesters, the examinations are held at the end of each semester and we have both practical and theoretical examinations.

Placement Experience

4.5

We have placement opportunities but then being limited, it is tough to get the placement packages, so there is a high competition among the students to acquire the placements and the students are evaluated strictly by the organisations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for our course is very reasonable and can be afforded without much difficulty and the college offers students scholarships if they are not able to afford the fee and have good academic record.

Campus Life

We have specialized, well maintained and well-equipped lab with all the apparatus in proper working conditions, and if at all there is any breakage or malfunction in any of the apparatus, it is replaced or repaired immediately.

Admission

To get admission in this college, I had to first fill up the application form which was on the college website, and then I had to submit the marks scored in grade 12, after which a merit list was put out having the names of selected students.

Faculty

4.5

We have well experienced, highly educated teachers, who encourage us to ask as many questions so that they can help clarify all the doubts and concerns we have regarding the subjects.

Good for BCA without any tension and issues all things on time.

Likes

The college organizes great cultural events like the Navotsav fest during Durga Puja and the Roshni event for Diwali.
The faculty members are genuinely approachable, friendly by nature, and always ready to help students with their academic problems.
The campus infrastructure is quite good and provides a very decent environment for students to study and hang out.

Dislikes

The curriculum focuses a bit too much on theory; the college needs to prioritize providing more practical, industry-relevant knowledge.

Placement Experience:

To be honest, campus placements are quite low, and I don't think we can easily get placed directly from the college. Barely 40% of the students (or even fewer) get placed through the campus drives. However, if students practice coding and upskill on their own, they can secure off-campus placements by their second year. Because of the limited BCA placements, my personal plan is to pursue an MCA degree right after graduation.

college have great environment good facilities needed as per requirements ,college also have good spacious hostels and we can say better food comparing to what i heard from friends of different colleges ,the evening time is soothing and relaxing
a great senior junior interaction culture and memorable friendships letting you forget the world outside the campus, every festivals are celebrated with joy and fun ,from leaving a family to moving to another one you would love.
some of lectures are quite boring but some will amaze you with visionary thoughts ,every faculty will guide you if they see you lagging behind the course ,some extra sessions are also conducted, introducing new fields to think out of the box

Dislikes

things which i wish might get some improvements are sports facilities big grounds for sports activities students encouragement towards co-curricular activitiy, co-curricular activities get more support to come out with glorious and imagining skills.
fests do contain fun but due to time constraints before fests planning of amazing activities becomes difficult thus leading same things going on repeating, absence of good team leaders leading activities plays major role in activity failure and bored
night out time is a small problem, the area close to college is developing hence not having nearby much places for fun and chillouts spending your free time relaxing.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is average as during 2023-24 it was recession period all over the colleges are facing placements lags but still college students managed to achieve 22 lakhs+ off campus as well as 16 lakhs on campus placement. The college reached his highest placement of 51 lakh during 2023 ,the average package is 5-6 lakh and the placements percentage are 85 percent for cse students, the students completing 7th semester are eligible for on campus placement drive as well as off campus, some of the prominent companies visited are Microsoft, cognizant, samsung, byjus, infosys and 50 more.I will prepare for gate and after that i will try to get on and off campus placements which i will find better accept the offer.
