Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum, according to me and my friends, was really generous. They didn't burden us with a lot of syllabus. Research and thesis were essential part of this programme. Exams were not hectic.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities were really bright for us. Prestigious companies like Hitachi, Ashok Leyland, Honda, Ford, Global Analytics, TCS, Cognizant came to recruit us. We were also provided internship opportunities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was not really expensive, for a year, we were paying ?40,000. In addition to this, we had to pay ?13,000 extra during those three years. So the total fees of my Ph.D. programme was ?1.33 lakhs.
Campus Life
We had two grand events every year- Riviera, the culture and sports festival, and Gravita, the technological carnival. We also took part in various sports for fun and sometimes, competition, like basketball, badminton, etc.
Admission
The admission process was simple, as there were clear-cut steps and dates. Firstly, my post graduate score was considered for the merit list. Then I was called in for a written entrance at the insitute. That was it. Once I passed, and completed the formalities, I was in.
Faculty
The faculty truly were knowledgeable and qualified and interested to teach us this particular course. They wanted us to go a long way in life, and set the right path for us. They used easy means to teach us.
