Siddharth University Siddharthnagar, Master of Dental Surgery(MDS)

Reviewed on Jun 25, 2020

Remarks

There is no negative remark which I can point out about my university. From facilities to studies everything is top class. High profile staff with a library of plenty of books. I mainly commented on library because as I am a research student I get all books from our library.

Course Curriculum Overview

Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) is a detailed course that gives students the chance to perform research in different areas according to dental. The course curriculum aims at educating students in all practical aspects of modern medical research, besides having expertise in medicine research.

Placement Experience

3.5

There are many vacancies available in government sector every year. One can get placed by clearing government-based exams. The initial package is really high. Else one can get placement while interning in the hospital the college us affiliated to. This is also a good way if exposure to the candidates. Many of our seniors last year got placed in the college where they went for internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee cost about 700000(7 lakhs) per year. One of my friend got admission in a private college when compared to my friends fee structure our university provides all course in medicine field in a very affordable price. They also help us financially in our fee by offering educational loans.

Campus Life

There are many cultural and extra curricular activity carried out by the university for the enjoyment of the students from our busy hectic schedule in studies. Recently we celebrated many festivals. Our campus is very big with any facilities. Well constructed Wi-Fi-connected campus with well equipped laboratories.Classrooms are airy and well structured. I love the infrastructure of my college.

Alumni/Alumna

We currently don?t have a alumni but the management is working on it. My senior research scholars are helpful and they give us guidance on our research work. They are very interested in helping us on the subject of study, selecting the synopsis and the do give us guidance on how to do the theses work. I am thankful to all my seniors.

Admission

The admission of Siddharth University was on through online. In two ways the students are selected for their master degree. They should have done a mandatory internship for a year. Apart from this the candidate should clear an entrance exam conducted by the university. I attended the entrance exam in person and I got selected. After document verification, the candidates are admitted to the opted or eligible course.

Faculty

4.5

The university maintains a set of highly qualified faculty. All faculties have done MD in their area of study and have more than 5 years of experience in teaching and practice. This way, they bestow better education and teach us if we have any problems. They are available to clear doubts even after class hours.

Does LL.M in integral University worthy

Likes

It is having nice infrastructure and other facilities for both the girls and boys students.
They are having girls common room in each building of the college.
The washroom facilities are very good and hygienic

Dislikes

The time tables are bit tiring and exhaustive
There are plenty of assignments and assessment test
There are many competitions held at a time so some times it becomes exhaustive

Placement Experience:

The placement facility is very good. University has it's own placement cell. Alumni and recent graduated students are eligible for the placements . As well as from second year students are eligible for the internship opportunities. Many companies come and select students from campus interview rounds. Many companies select students through online mode like Google meet. Students get regular notification mail and sms regarding job opportunities by the placement Cell as well as faculties also share job opportunities and internship opportunities in the college groups . So that students can apply who all are interested. Almost 95% students get campus placement during their last year or semester. The average package given to the student is 6-8 LPA and the highest package range about 24-25 LPA. My plans are to give competitive exams and doing PhD for further qualification.

They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My geart government college

Likes

If I talk about my college that i appreciate is the best part of environment very much good and more than best other government colleges in mzn
Our campus life is okay okay!! Cause I'm not that part of campus life. So I don't enjoy that part of my college.
I truly talking about faculty's it is genuine with us . And teaching methods is best every teachers always the right time in the classroom.

Dislikes

No more provided placements in our college cause it is a government. But always support teachers for providing for career development.
It's a properly government college. So more more facilities in our college and campus life other students who studied about coursees.
I did completed Bachelors of commerce in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok, if I talk about my course, I have done B.Com from there and B.Com is a very good level course. It means there is a degree in it and I had to prepare for government job and from the beginning I had taken commerce in 11th class, so I found B.Com very suitable for me and as far as exams are concerned, B.Com means good study. Our college used to teach us very well, so I had also taken tuitions together, so it was quite good. My experience means it did not seem so difficult. I found it very difficult, I used to get very good exams and I cleared it very well without any back.
