Course Curriculum Overview

The course consists of various courses related to mass media and the basics, history, and ethics of journalism. The Exam process follows half-yearly semester exams of 2 semesters per year. The curriculum is designed properly and gives knowledge about everything.

Placement Experience

4

Placement cell needs improvement for undergraduate, It is an Undergraduate College. There are fewer opportunities regarding jobs as it is an off-campus college located in a remote area so very few companies came to pick students from this college or we can say minor companies came there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are feasible for almost all students and it is less compared to other private college fees as anyone can afford to study here. The fees per semester are somewhere between 1300, some other charges there which are not told at the time of admission.

Campus Life

The college management as well as in house student bodies often organize Quizzes, debates, annual fest, alumni meet, fresher's party, etc. A lot of students and alumni participate from all other colleges to a sports event also organized in which many students are active participants and win enormous prizes

Admission

Students who want to pursue BA (Shastri) must have 55% aggregate marks in addition and have studied Sanskrit in his/her school as a subject, this is mandatory. An entrance test is conducted by the college after clearing the entrance test interview is conducted on the college campus.

Faculty

3.5

Teachers are very knowledgeable kind and helpful to students. They always strive to bring the best out of any and every student. One thing that I like the most about them was their cooperation and their ability to deliver their knowledge with their students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

The curriculum is fine. Here they prefer to rely on standard textbooks for better knowledge. And the postings here gives you very good practice and practical knowledge. Here we get to see a lot of complex and rarer cases in the ward.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
