Remarks

If you are looking for the institution for best education and affordable fees, Scott Christian college is the best college of south India, you must apply for the same and you never going to regret for that.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is easily permeable. Labs are very frequent and the exams and the unit tests are also conducted very frequently for the students so that they do not skip their command of the subjects.

Placement Experience

After graduation, it is quite difficult to get a job at a good firm that's why college does not provide any placements programs at this level but the students wanting to be placed somewhere can check out outside the campus placements. Internships are also not yet offered by the college.

College Events

All the festivals and events are celebrated at the grand platform there in the institution. The responsibility of organizing these programs is of the student council's. Students also take part in such programs and showcase their talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As Scott Christian College is a public college still then the fee is very feasible. The fees for one semester is approx. 1500 INR only and the fees for the total course is around 9000 INR. The detailed fee structure can be seen from the site of the college itself.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities are organized very frequently for the students to grow in better way. Due to this students performs their interests such as dancing, singing, etc Workshops, exhibitions are also been conducted.

Admission

Scott Christian College is the classical institution established back in 1893 and affiliated under Manonmaniam Sundaranar University (MSU), Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The admission procedure for all UG programs including BSc chemistry is through the entrance exam.

Faculty

Any institution is good due to its education system and the education system is all responsible for the teachers. The teachers here very helpful and generous. Students are free to ask any query any time and teachers sincerely give them there time.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

Scottish church college is one of the oldest institutions in the city of joy. It has the best faculty. The teachers are very friendly and so are the seniors. The environment is good. A candidate will be selected on the basis of their merit marks. The dates will be declared on the official website of the college. After you get selected you'll be appointed date for the verification of your documents. The merit marks will be calculated on the basis of the course you have opted for. The merit list will be posted on the official website. Opting for Scottish church college was a no brainer for me. One of the best colleges in Kolkata.
