Remarks

I chose this college because it is a government college and I belong to a financial family. This college has a high quality of education and good response from every student and do not charge much for the facilities it provides

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers of the college are all with higher degrees and they teach the students right. The academics are the Main focus point of the teachers so that the students excel in studies and are never out of jobs. The teachers are very cooperative with the students and the course curriculum is learning-based

Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are not so great in the college. The students have to find a job themselves and look for the companies in which they can get the job. As being a government college it has a good reputation so many companies hire students from this college but still the students have to walk to the companies themselves

College Events

As it is a government college so many big cultural programmes happen in the college. Almost every month some or other festival is happening and big government officials come to attend it. The programs are at a huge scale so the preparation is also a very huge task. The students are given full responsibilities for managing the programs which enhance their managerial skills

Fees and Financial Aid

The college have both scholarship on loan facilities. Though the face of the courses are not so high but still some students get scholarships from the government in which they are given full advantage to study at no cost in the college and even the college encourages this scholarship so that maximum students can take advantage of it

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college consist of good classrooms and laboratories with well equipped equipment. The students can take full advantage of these equipments and the books in the library used to enhance their knowledge and learn all those studies practically

Admission

The admission criteria of getting admission in this college is through merit basis. The students have to fill the online application form and all the processes online. It is quite easy and simple and then the students are given admission on the basis of the marks they scored in the 12th examination

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

I like the MBA to learn about the marketing domain and gather the proper information. And I planned to do the course in the KVIM and they used the digital methods to the course and the give the proper content to succeed the course

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

Scottish church college is one of the oldest institutions in the city of joy. It has the best faculty. The teachers are very friendly and so are the seniors. The environment is good. A candidate will be selected on the basis of their merit marks. The dates will be declared on the official website of the college. After you get selected you'll be appointed date for the verification of your documents. The merit marks will be calculated on the basis of the course you have opted for. The merit list will be posted on the official website. Opting for Scottish church college was a no brainer for me. One of the best colleges in Kolkata. Be it arts, commerce, BBA, or science faculty, there's no flaw at all. The environment is good. You'll be lucky if you get selected.
