Remarks
It's a central university and reputed for chemistry. It is well known university for its instruments. Teachers are helpful and has a friendly environment for learning. I am working in chemistry field for PhD. Here, I have learned so many new technical things of chemistry
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus is not much updated for PhD course. I guess it need modification. Industrial exposure is good enough for students. All the faculties are good and helpful. But some teachers are bias towards gender and of course in lab environment also, even 1/2 of the them doesn't treat their own students equivalently.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are good. If u r smart and has enough knowledge of your subject then you can get job easily through campasing. The. Alumuni is also satisfying. Some of them got chance in ONGC throgh GATE.
College Events
Campus life is healthy and exciting. Students have their own cultural forum of different department of the university and they like to celebrate all kind of cultures and fest. They use to arrange sport function annually.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of campus is developed and all modern facilities like wifi, digital library is easily accessible for students and faculties. One central library is also there with a large collections for students.
Hostel Facilities
hostel rooms and the furnitures provided by university is good. Rooms are big enough. For PhD students, two students share one room. It's a easy process to get room in university. U just have to apply.
