Best college in the state according to NIRF ranking and 20th in the country. A student centric institution where they are able keep up the student values in order to churn out maximum results. Faculty is also top-notch and rank-holders from different universities in India. British made Infrastructure ensures that students recieve a very energetic campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty makes sure that students keep good academic discipline. Curriculum touches all key topics that can be beneficial in higher studies. They also are structured in a way by which no students are feeling too tired with the academic rigour.

As the course is just a base level graduation, the opportunities provided by the same is very few. This is just a stepping stone to future studies. The graduation also grants the students eligibilty to attend many different entrance exams like CAT and PSC exams.

The institute gives importance to extracurricular activities along with academics. The college was able to acquire first position in the inter college youth festival where an excellent team of students comprising of artists from many events participated. Campus life is flourishing and relaxed. Events are organized almost every week where maximum participation from the students is witnessed

Campus Life

The institute is more than 150 years old. It's part of many different examples of British architecture in Trivandrum. Classrooms are of late Victorian design which gives the students a very unique brand of campus experience. Projectors are provided to each delartment and there are many different labs with top notch facilities. The physics lab was inaugurated by renowned physicist Albert Einstein himself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.
