College management was very nice.As i was first time gone Ahmedabad from village area. College management was very helpful me for admission process and also for finding hostel and all.I can say college of LD Engineering is good at all with great Infrastructure and facilities provided to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes the curriculum of course was very useful for professional point of view. Just because of best Professor i got and way of teaching make me possible to work as process Engineer in Well known Industry like Aarti Drugs Ltd.As part of curriculum Industrial training is also given and also so many technical Workshops arranged in college which also help students to boosting Technical Skill. LD Engineering is well known college for is campus recruitment.
Placement Experience
Most of the student got placed in campus recruitment in multi national Industry. I was in 2010 there was recession time than also 80 % recruited in campus and remain got jobs on their personal efforts.
College Events
Technical Festival was there and so many colleges participated. In cultural activities every year Some events were organised like 15 August, 26 January, Navratri have special attraction its arranged for four night and it was very grand. And also so many other activities also carried out for helping slum kids.
Fee Structure And Facilities
feasible as LD Engineering is govt college so no fees required for Girls and for boys very minimum fees.Any poor kids also can get Education because of very less fees as govt provided all facility in Government colleges. Also Hostel facility in college premises with good facility so it's amazing to have experienced of study in such environment.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly scholarship was given by State Government.4000 rs yearly was i awailed. But there are also some PSU which offered Students good scholarship.
Campus Life
As in Engineering college girls are very few nos in college as can say 80 %boys and only 20 % girls but after admission everyone have to focus to be Engineer which environment given by college promote gender Equality. Work shop were arranged Technically also and extra like Communication skill and personality Development.After finishing Education not only on professional point but also student s well trained for be a good human.
Hostel Facilities
Yes college have boys and girl hostel. I was staying in hostel and good for study. University hostel also there with also library and Near by college so trawell time also saved. so anyone could focus for study.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes seniors are very helpful. During course for study and also professional point they help. Senior student group made one library from where also students can awail costly book for study on rent. Mostly all books available required for curriculum.
Admission
I got admission after completing Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Generally after complete 12 science students got admission based on entrance Test. After finishing Diploma got admission in second year of Engineering in same field. So admission test required for Diploma Holders. Admission after Diploma is based on directly merit.
Faculty
Faculty of college are mostly Experienced of Both Industrial work and Teaching so they trained student as ready for actual Industrial requirement and made confident to stand in competition.Lecture was given with most practical approach. Lab were very good with full facility for experimental study.
