Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is based on KTU. MITS is a self financing technical institution offering undergraduate engineering programmes, situated in the industrial suburb of Kochi. Highly qualified and proficient teachers from various faculty of engineering and allied streams, embedded in a conducive environment where focus will be on students harmonious development
Placement Experience
For 2020 passing out batch, 314 offers as on March 2020 and still counting.students of different streams and encouraged to take internships in their field to improve their knowledge.
College Events
different cultural and technical events are conducted by mits. it provide students education as well as entertainment. onam, arts, sports, tech fests, cultural days are celebrated in mits along with seminars by resource persons and also panel discussions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee structure is as per the rule of KTU. that is 75000 per year. also students having good academic performance is eligible to get scholarship from the institute. the scholarship amount is based on the mark obtained by the student. student can pay through bank to the college bank account.
Fees and Financial Aid
students with 12th mathematics score greater then 95% will get scholarship from the college. It will be at the time of admission to provide the scholarship.
Campus Life
The college values academics and extra curricular activities equally. and provides different platforms to enhance student's talents and abilities in different fields.there is no discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, economic background. ragging is strictly prohibited and is punishable.
Hostel Facilities
yes, hostel and the environment is good. Providing a studying environment. it is kept neat and clean all the time. there two options for room twin sharing with attached bathroom and four sharing with non attached bathroom.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is strong and they often conduct meeting. Also the senior students are very helpful. They often share their experience and keep a good relation with the institute.
Admission
previous year results and placement percentage was good so i choose this college. the faculty and the staff are well qualified. Also the college have good lab and other facilities. I got admission through Merit. Applied to this college and as qualified.

At MITS, its our endeavour to create an ambience that would expose students to problems early on, and train them to be solution providers. Towards this aim it have created a magnificent infrastructure, comprising of well-equipped laboratories, libraries, classrooms, seminar halls, cafeterias, playgrounds and hostels.
