Remarks
My main motive was to learn an gain knowledge about the patient care that I received. So according to me, I didn't found any bad things in my whole 4 years.Whatever I'm today is all because of this Institute and our Teachers. A great thanks to them.
Course Curriculum Overview
Overall, it's the bestest institution that provide knowledge to the students in the best way. Education imparted is all depend on teachers. Teachers here are highly qualified, educated so they teach accordingly. Schedules classes are held for 45 minutes. 8 lectures per day then clinical duties are also scheduled side by side so that students learn practically too. Only theoretical knowledge is not provided, practical skills are also developed. Educational visits, seminars, concerts are also being held here to upgrade and update the students with advanced technologies.
Placement Experience
College is having it's own hospital for which it provides placement for the students. Interviews are being held. Practical skills are seen.
College Events
All religious festivals, patriotic festivals are celebrated here with full dignity and love. Inauguration ceremony, anniversaries are held each year. Annual functions are also held. Number of students participate in this cultural activities to outcast their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's expensive according to me as I belong to a middle-class family. Around 8 lakhs were occupied during my nursing course accompanying hostel fees, examination fees, etc. No additional Charges are taken. Overall, payment mode is also good. We can pay by drafts too.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I didn't opted for any scholarship or educational loan. Yes, many students opted for loans and scholarship. Rest I don't know as I didn't applied for the same.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities were organized every year. They are held brilliantly covering all the aspects of sports.The students were able to outcast their talent in these cultural activities. Indoor games were held. Accordingly prize distribution is also done so that students are much attracted and feel positive imparting their active participation.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I opted for Hostel. It was good well furnished. Toilet bathrooms cleaned everyday. Tv room, charger room also were there. It was a sharing room with 3-4 members. Warden is there to take care if us. Few Teachers also live there. Around 18,000 was hostel fees per year. Overall, it was good with full safety and care.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the senior colleagues were very helpful in educating us. Our clinical posting was posted with them so that they can teach us about the various practical skills.
Admission
It all started because I'm very kind hearted person, like to help others. So very much attracted to medical field as it laid emphasis upon the servings and care. Bsc nursing is the top course running all around the world. Moreover, it has various scopes that will outshine and upgrade our skills. I opted for SRHU University, because here it's on the number one medical college in our Uttarakhand. It comprises of highly qualified teachers, well built laboratories, hospital attached that will be beneficial for clinical experience too. Entrance exams are held for the admission criterion. 100 students are selected. Once selected, medical examination is done. And then if all good, one is set to complete his Or her goals.
Faculty
According to me, our faculties are the best one because they impart knowledge by giving clear examples. They conduct role plays, patient examination so that students can learn more specifically. College is having around 15-20 lecturers approximately about 25-45 yrs of age.
