It is vast and surrounded by good environment more trees and good environment with basketball ground easy.

Strangers become friends and no sexual harassments between the students on girls and boys it also good.

My Undergrad Experience at Sikkim University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty outdated, they need to update it. The professors try to accomodate and teach stuff out of the syllabi as per the emerging trends. The difficulty level is average and the exams are easy to score on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As per the course i had no idea which one was good for me. Nor did i have a seniour who could guide us. We should have atleast a month in collage to decide our course. If it is possible we should be given a month at the start of collage to discuss with the faculty based on our strength to choose the course we want.

I would read the course curriculum terms of relevance into the world as I got a sit for competitive exams. Our exam timing and a sessional goes very smoothly in we have total of 5 units where it is very easy to do it and A final terms goes with hundred marks which also is very good

In our university we have per semester 3 exams For eg. In 1 semester which means in 6 months we have 3 exams . Term 1 contains of 25 marks which will be written , term 2 contains 25 marks which can be written or your HOD might ask for assignments and the last paper is 50 . The passing criteria is 33

Admission:

The admission process is quite simple. You can obtain the prospectus of the college at a fee of Rs.500 and an admission form is also available inside it. You can simply fill it and hand it in the admission office and they will call you on the basis of the merit list.

I am studying in this college for the past two years and this college has become my second home. Teachers and seniors are very helpful and cooperative. All the students are treated equal and well enough. Activities keeps us active. So for me, there's nothing negative remarks about the college.

I only applied for SRM University and got admitted here. One main reason for choosing this university is the scholarship that they provide to support excellent students. Any student from India & foreign can apply in SRM University without any entrance exam. Any Student who have passed class 12 from any recognised boards are eligible for applying in SRM University. The best part of SRM is that SRM don't judge students and give chances to students with compartment in 12 boards & may have cleared the exam later. The another facility that SRM provide is scholarship to the students who have topped school. 1st topper gets 100% schorship, 2nd gets 50%, & 3rd gets 25%. Though the fees of undergraduate is kinda affordable it ranges between 30,000 - 70,000 per annum. The cost of application form is Rs-600 along with prospectus. Application form is available in Main block of SRM University i.e on 5th mile Tadong, opposite to IGNOU/ near Manipal (SMIMS) hospital. You can register yourself in the institute from admission cell (Main block). Hostel is provided for both boys & girls. Total 3 blocks are there.Total 3 buses are available.
