Remarks
First of all, the college is situated in a close proximity from my place. Secondly, I found the course to be really interesting, to be very precise, only a very few colleges in Kolkata provides such a degree.
Course Curriculum Overview
Starting with the faculties, they are really very friendly and we're always there to help out whenever we needed them. The Academics or basically the degree syllabus was very interesting, and wholesome. And the Curriculum was to be very honest a bit out of the box, the college is pretty strict with its attendance but the way the college works you won't really want to miss the classes.
Placement Experience
Almost 80% students get placed from the Engineering department and 70% of other department students also get placed. Companies like Cognizant, Tata Consultancy, Amazon, Byju's visit every year to recruit new candidates. Alumni referrals work quite magnificently, and upto 10% of unplaced students get recruited in different companies every year
College Events
There are a total of 4 fests that are organised in the college that takes a total of 12 days. The fests including Cultural, Tech, Sports and Film. And there are also ample numbers of event that take place throughout the year
Campus Life
The campus is a bit tight but you have everything you require. The classrooms are quite spacious, there are two separate common rooms, a basketball court and a small yet well maintained ground. There are two auditoriums which are also well maintained and can accommodate upto 400 students.
