Remarks

The stream logistics interested me and there are no other better colleges that do provide this specific course. So i choose this college over other. This college is skill driven too that i've liked. This drove me take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Even being bba, my stream logistics and supply chain management is a unique course. Being this rare, we had an appropriate and informative syllabus and enough industrial exposure. We had Mr. Pravin patil who i liked the most as faculty.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 235000 per year

Placement Experience

They have guaranteed 100% placement, and as so they're offering unique courses which have room for development, we'll be able to provide it after studying in this university

There were a number of evengs and extracurricular activities. In the city of pune, whichever college of symbiosis hosted the event, all the other colleges were invited too, we had 2 events a month atleast.

As we are in the 1st year of our college, I won't be able to answer this accurately. But, as far as what I've heard from the alumni and seniors, the average placement stats of this college is around 15LPA. The highest package may scale up to 30LPA.

in terms of engagement its pretty good. you have a diverse set of peers group to learn from.
we so many different clubs and committees to be a part off and to learn from.
the level of ecpertise in terms of faculty is really amazing, we have faculties coming from milan to teach us.

missing on college campus because of space .

after 3rd sem companies starts visiting the college , highest package for this year is 28 lps as of now , avg is 13 lpa, my plans are getting into a good fmcg company. percentage ad of now is 70 % , there is quite a few of no of companies visiting

Exam pattern is quite easy to pass as there is relative grading.
There are multiple events and clubs to participate
From SY only class is about 2-4 hrs everyday and Saturday-Sunday holidays

Dislikes

Metallurgy department Class room's are very small and old
Hostel food sucks tbh, only on sundays we get an option to eat non veg.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.

Likes

Cultural fest and sport events are very nice
Practical classes are very interesting and help in visualizing human anatomy
Hostel facilities are very nice and provide good facilities

Dislikes

No mess or canteen facilities are available in college
Sport ground is not too big and has less equipments
Boys Hostel is 6-7 km away from the college

Curriculum is competency based which tries to help in overall development of student in all aspects. Every subject is given equally attention. Every department conducts seminars, different sessions in which students has to present different topics on stage which help them build confidence for speaking on stage.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

Remarks:

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.

Firstly, I am gap student.Year ago, I have applied 2 college where one of them I didn't give exam and in one my interview doesn't go well.And these time I have only applied to this before applying I have watched,search and all things I should after that I have choose these college. The reason I have applied that is campus,staff, teacher and the way of teaching, they're internship offers, opportunities which they gave students,fees which is affordable for middle class they even offer so may scholarship etc. Admission process,firstly fill the admission form and payment form fees.After that you have to give online exam it is similar to nid. Second step will be your interview and your portfolio. After that you have to do half year payment for confirm your seat.And if you give nid, UCEED is also OK. Your new beginning at symbiosis skills and professional university

I chose symbiosis skills and professional university because of it's unique learning and teaching form as I have said earlier it is a skill based university so they have 70% practicals and 30% theory based learning which helps us understand and learn more where else other universities only focuses on book learning.
