The University offers graduate, postgraduate and research programs that promote the intellectual transformation of students into well-rounded individuals. GITAM Hyderabad’s flagship program of B.Tech. in Aerospace engineering is designed in tune with the advancements in aviation, defense and spacecraft technologies.

Course Curriculum Overview

As per me I am getting the best one in education with best and higher faculty, along with other activities. About the Academic it is good. Curriculum is also good. Faculties are highly educated and having the most experience in teaching. Overally all are good for an students

More than GOOD, upto 90%. This university has a dedicated placement and training cell which helps students in providing them the necessary trainings. The students who graduated from GITAM are preferred by many top-notch companies of IT and core sectors. MNCs and Corporates visited 100+ Alumni across globe 30,000+ Startups by GITAM graduates 35+ Total Students Placed till now 30,000+ The batch of 2019 witnessed 136 total offers being made by reputed companies. The list includes Tata Consultancy Services, Virtusa, Zenstar, Mindtree, ValueLabs, Value Momentum, TA Digital, Hitachi Solutions, Accenture, Oracle, Tech Mahindra, etc.

College Events

We have some student clubs in the campus, different clubs will conduct different events and activities. And we have a mega annual event called PRAMANA it is of 3 nights, lately in that event with sunburn.

Fees and Financial Aid

As per ranks we get in GAT, EAMCET AND JEE we will get scholarship and loans are as on we. And as per our academics in the annual exams we get the scholarship.

Campus Life

24/7 power, Wi-Fi, security and we have CC camera all around the campus. Ground about 2 acres. Parking for students and other outsiders is about 1.5 acre, for staff we have separate under the campus in cellar. Overall the campus is of 50 acres. And the Shivaji auditorium has the capacity of nearly 1000 people, and have a big stage with screen and projector. And we have more 2 auditoriums in the campus. We have outside canteens like subway.

Hostel Facilities

We have the generator and badminton courts and general store, juice center and normal mess 24 hours Wi-Fi, security, and daily housekeeping. Every week they spray insect killer and mosquito spray. 24/7 drinking water and normal water supply, etc.

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Classrooms are well cleaned, and well maintained.
Atmosphere around our college is very good And peaceful
The anti ragging system in our college is very good compared to other colleges.

Dislikes

Management in our college is not good, if mid or sem exams are near, they were again and again asking to clear the due fee.
Some faculty in our college is not trained properly
Placements also not good in our college, the are projecting the fake placements posters in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually I had interest in electronics, that forced me to join this course in this college. The curriculum was well prepared. In our course they need improve in technical training aspect.the timings of exams is not good because they are conducting the exams immediately after lunch, so it will causes students to sleepy.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

Likes

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students becomes eligible for campus placements. TCS offers 465 placements TCS offers three roles TCS ninja-3.5lpa,TCS digital -7lpa,TCS prime-9-11 lpa. Cognizant offers 135 placements with the package of 6lpa

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

Proffesors are highly qualified and very friendly with students except in Chemical Department
Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Dislikes

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place
