Remarks

KITSW is one of the established colleges of Warangal. It has been developing a lot in recent years. I know some passed out students who gave me a good review on this college. So I joined this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is good and intuitive. KITS is affiliated to Kakatiya University and the syllabus is updated from time time. Lecturers are intellectuals with PhDs. But there are some contract based staff too. Staff are supportive.

Placement Experience

Placements are good mostly for core branch students. There has been an improvement in placement percentage in recent years. Companies visit our college frequently for recruiting students. Average package is in between 3-5lpa for a fresher.

College Events

3.5

Campus life is also good. Fests re conducted every year. And our college also hosts many competiotns and technical events. Students actively participate in the events. But we need more allocation of funds to events.

Good college for getting a degree

Likes

Things I liked is our is around 40+ years old so the academic structure is well established but old fashioned
As it is Bachelor of engineering our college degree is good for higher studies like masters
Faculty are some what better compared to other colleges

Dislikes

No proper scope of physical education and sports
Attendance is considered very strictly and
Facilities in campus like proper sports equipment is not available for all games

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem to 8th sem campus placement gonna takes place there are many MNCs and startups visited for hiring like accenture etc and has highest package around 20 lakhs and avg package around 5lahks placement percentage is very good we can also do masters after degree

my college have good hospital facility but it lacks patients and the college infrastructure is good comparing to other college
the college have a strict uniform rule for all other courses there are different type of colour uniform
the faculty which teach me in 2nd year are all qualified and are senior proffesor

the fine process for delaying just for one day they fine is implemented around 100 rupees
the strict punishment they give to the students is the other thing which i dislike
in the name of college event they take money from the student but they still don't offer them lunch atleast not even snacks

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college experience inOUCE

Likes

One thing I like about this college is how the environment, good weather as there are many trees and garden to seat and have some fun.
The next I like about the college is about our faculty and the infrastructure.there are amazing teacher to explain the some of the toughest subjects ,lab are too good .
If some like to prepare for some other examinations like gate, civils .we have lot of free time to prepare for all other exams

Dislikes

Even though we have a good ground, there are many people in the ground who would distrub u ,these people come here for jogging and playing different sports and but they are not from our college
Wifi is not good the signal strength in our college is not good and we don't get good internet even from the mobile networks too.this is more irritating many times.
As it is open campus many vehicles would be passing and many unknown people would there around.we just have only one technical synopsis,as many private colleges have more than one fest.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good, many of my friends have placed but I haven't placed yet and I am searching for the job ,and I have been applying for the placements and I have been for interview in some of them and not selected for the job.

Obgy OMC

Likes

Main thing is patient load is good so you will learn more
Hands on opportunity for pgs to do lscs is high ,so we will become very good at lscs surgery

Dislikes

Work load is high so you need to sacrifice your sleep in duties .shift time to sleep will be less
Hospital is less hygienic, mainly basic investigation like CBP lft and RFT pt inr will be done at any time

Course Curriculum Overview:

My internship at osmania medical College made me understand that I will like obgy. Mbbs students will do 6 weeks of internship in obgy department. We will learn how to perform deliveries and do episiotomies and suture them. Pg in obgy from osmania will be good enough to face the real world but mainly we learn obstetrics. For gyneacology surgeries we have less exposure. We will get opportunity to assist in total abdominal hysterectomy in final year few times (around 2 to 3 times) Exam will be in final year and most of pgs will pass the exam

The faculty and staff members are so supportive for the students.
They encourage in different categories such as sports, cultural activities and overall

The main disadvantage is there is very little government transport facility.

Placement Experience:

The students from 6th year of pharmd are eligible for the placements. They are companies which provide jobs for our seniors also. Companies like Pfizer, medplus, pulsus etc hired the students of our college.

I love this village like vibes around college it gives peace pleasure and am always happy to join here

Dislikes

Sometimes they ask to pay fee just after few weeks from academic yr started
They give always importance to prestige of college
Sometimes feel stressed in exams time and they didn't inform the required important information in time

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmd is a good course but mostly in india it is still under development so after the completion of course the opportunities for job or placement are less but if u work hard no anything can stop to meet the goal This course provides doctorate

the main reason for me to choose this college is that it is nearer to my house comparing my college on different parameters which I applied for are distance to travel and it seems the best in my town the reason why I was unable to make it into top most of the colleges is that I haven't studied up to the mark the admission process is simple you must have to qualify ts eamcet and then apply for counseling then cross-check with the previous years rankings relevant to the college and apply to the course. I have applied to Sr University and then Guru Nanak College I didn't get rejected by other colleges I applied for. the eligibility is that you should complete 12th-grade anim MPC exams accepted are jee mains, tseamcet, and cutoffs are 10-20k rankings based on the domain of course...Read More
