Remarks

My college is among best engineering colleges in the country and the management, I still remember the TCS offer letter was handed over to us by the chairman and used to have interaction on regular basis with the management.

Entrance Preview

I took CET exam and I had heard from my neighbors that placement in this college is really good as compared to another colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Faculty is very good and helping . The curriculum is as per the PTU guidelines. They strictly follow the PTU guidelines and I felt it was awesome for my career as a software engineer. The faculty take the pain to go out of boundary to make students understand and also the doubts are cleared in case any.

Internships Opportunities

No, My college does not provide stipend. There were many companies which came to my college for the Interview. I am from CSE branch so I remember below companies : TCS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, Accenture etc.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement and Training department is very focused on the placements of all the students. Out of batch of 420 almost 350 were placed and others were not because they did not want to pursue the IT job and some went to teaching and other went to further studies.

College Events

5

There was Panache organized every year and we had formal and informal stage where we had unlimited fun and enjoy other cultural events. Every year there was sports events organized and college has provided with a specific fund for the sports events. There used to fashion shows. Most importantly there were technical events every quarter and everybody was given a opportunity to take part and also prizes were distributed for the winners

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was very reasonable. Only issue was the transportation fee which was on a higher side otherwise nominal fee for the engineering degree and the hostel fee was very nominal and students were provided with good facility in the hostel.

Fees and Financial Aid

I remember there was loans offered by the government banks but don't remember any scholarship offered by college and yes some people availed the bank loan but the interest for such kind of loan was very high.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is simply awesome, amazing, fantastic, very positive environment. Gender ratio is 50:50. People are from various parts of country and religions. Extracurricular events include panache, technical quiz, debates, fests, cultural progams, DJ nights etc

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, Alumni network is maintained strong by the college and senior students are in touch. Even we still receive mails from college if there is any something need to be conveyed after leaving college for 5 years.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
