My Exotic experience

College as a whole was an exotic and knowledgable experince. There are some improvement area which are neede to be looked upon because they are the deciding criteria.

For getting a seat in this college u need to give OJEE of Orissa. Then u need to select u branch which u will get on the basis of rank, its a fine college but the placement is not that good. The location factor has a very bad impact on its placement which i think. But its a place of peace and tranquility.

Various branch like electrical, civil mechanical, computer science, The Department of Electrical Engineering & EEE of VSSUT is one among the first branches to be instituted in 1956. While retaining its strength in traditional areas of engineering, the department grew with time, reflecting the needs of a changing society and established new areas of teaching & research in electrical engineering. The department is AICTE acrreditated. The syllabi of the department has tremendously augmented with many advanced courses with focus on the following areas: Network analysis & synthesis, machine analysis & design control engineering Basics of analog & digital electronics circuits microprocessor & micro controllers procedural & object-oriented languages and in-depth coverage of power systems.

No that was the bad part of college. The college is good academically but placement wiese its not upto mark. It need to look upon this aspect. The company mostly visit are tcs, wipo, infosys, l&t etc.

As it is a government colege so fees is quite low. This University intends to collect the Semester Registration Fees from its bonafide students through SBI Bank Challan twice in a year i.e. once in June/July and the other in December/January. In the proposed scheme, a student shall be allowed to deposit his/her semester Registration fees within the due date to the VSSUT Account no at SBI, Burla at the beginning of each semester at any branch of State Bank of India through Bank Challan or through Internet Banking.

The society are working tremendously for over all student devlopment. The robotic society is also well organised.So there are enough scope for development.

There are 4 gents and 4 ladies hostel.The room are spacious.The food quality is good. We used to have feast twice a months. The food was fine and the cost is very cheap.

Alumini are at very good places and have acheived great success.They also have tremendous contribution to college development.the senior junior interaction is very nice. The faculty and student interaction is also very nice.Its a very awesome place to have knowledge intake. There are various seniors who have been to iims ias and other important position. So we would like to follow there footprints and acheive great height in life.

Exam is very strictly conducted.there is cgpa system in our college. We have exams every monthsThen there is end seemster and other test to check the students performance periodically.
