Remarks

Faculty is very good and supportive all the time, Good placement opportunities has been provided to the previous batches, The said college has a good reputation, The said college has UGC and AICTE accreditation.

Course Curriculum Overview

After 1st year student can choose a subject for specialisation which includes Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain. College provides an industrial tour to all the students and also conducts a variety of workshops which are optional.

Class Size: 6Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

College provides good placement opportunities companies like HDFC Bank, ITC, PWC, EY, Sundaram Finance Ltd, India Mart, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, KARVY visits college for places.

College Events

Two tests are conducted every year ASTITVA & YCOMM the fest is totally funded and organised by the students. College takes no accountability regarding the fest. Other extracurricular activities include yoga competition, photography competition, blood donation camp.

Campus Life

There are two libraries and three computer labs at the college. The library have ample books which is more than enough for students. College also have dedicated labs for pharmacy and optometry students.

Words on life in PGDBA program

Likes

Peer to peer interaction and working in small teams
Various clubs to keep the students engaged
Faculties were very considerate with the students

Dislikes

Due to COVID face to face interaction was minimised
Program fees is at the higher end and should be reduced
Campus life could have been improved if not for COVID

Placement Experience:

There is 100% placement for the program. All students are placed at the end of the curriculum. PPI / PPO rate stands around 70% for this particular program. Some students opt out of the placement process mostly due to entrepreneurship/startup ventures.

Remarks:

The best in infrastructure, and well-known education system. The college is really a gem. Every student feels lucky to study here. Most of all, the place is beautiful and the facilities were great. And the thing is I really enjoyed Bengali culture while studying here.

Remarks:

The college is overall very nice. The management is efficient in their jobs. It would be better if some more extra curricular activities are organised. Or else, the college fits all the bills. It is the oldest college for management studies in India. So, they can market this also.

Entrance Preview:

Students must be simply graduate with minimum50%marks in graduation from any recognized University.The Admission process is purely provisional.There is separate online entrance exam conducted by JIS University.A valid score in MAT/GMAT/ATMA/XAT etc gives extra weightage to the applicant for admission.

I didnt apply to any other college as i was told by my peers NSHM was a great college. The admission qas fairly easy i didnt had to sit for any exam all it took was the admission fees. I honestly like my time in NSHM

The admission process was a bit lengthy but the admission in charge here, Srijaya Maam, helped me very much. The eligibility criteria includes a 10+2 education. The application form can be found in the college's official website. Application fees is not that much as well and is quite reasonable.
