Entrance Preview
Anna University Entrance Exam. I scored around 68/100. The college was one of top college in Tamilnadu.
Internships Opportunities
No. The college does not provide internship. I am an old student i.e 2006 passed out. May be later the internship might me implemented.
Placement Experience
The placement was good. 80% of students will get placed in top companies in the campus interview. Some of the top companies that have recruited from our colleges are Infosys, CSC, HCL, TCS, CTS, Verizon, Satyam, Brilasoft, Igate, Patni and other top companies.
College Events
Cultural, Symposium and Sports meet. Event is such big that almost students from more than 100 colleges (Including IIT madras, Anna University, SVCE) will participate. Symposium is conducted for each Department separably and invite all the colleges for the same.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is feasible. Transport fee is included along with the Fee. When i was studying the fee was very less compared to other colleges. The facility provided in the college is far better for the fee we have paid.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes Scholarship is offered for poor students with good marks in the exams. Many students in our college have been offered with the scholarship.
Campus Life
Sports - Given more importance, lot of sports meet have been conducted. Every year SSN rolling trophy is conducted for Basket Ball. Recently heard that a new cricket ground has been constructed and district level matches and state level matches are happening.Indoor stadium for Basket Ball is constructed such a way that more than 100 people can watch the match.
Alumni/Alumna
Every year Alumni meetings will be conducted and people share their experience and learning which will be helpful for others.
Faculty
The faculties are very good at their subjects and explains everything in detail and understandable manner. Apart from engineering degrees, the college is offering Management courses. Some of the Faculties are the old students of the SNN Institutions.
