The college management is very good. It gives us exposure to the whole world outside the college.
Entrance Preview
KCET I scored 131 out of 180 and got a rank of 3398. This was one of the most reputed college in the whole of Karnataka which made me join this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's too good as it gives ample opportunity to think on our own. We design robots on our own in the first year itself which no other college teaches. We get a clear idea of research because we are given projects and assignments. This gives us the opportunity to think on our own.
Internships Opportunities
Yes our college gives one of the best internship opportunities in whole Karnataka. It has already supported many startups and it supports many small entrepreneurs to give wings to their idea. Their is a seperate wing for entrepreneurship.
Placement Experience
Our college is one of the biggest placers in whole of Karnataka. Companies like Infosys, benz, and many more take students from our college constantly. They give heavy packages of upto 14 lakhs to take students. More than 400 students are getting placed in our college.
College Events
There are many fests and events held in our college. They are held in a very large scale. In our college fests celebrities of Bollywood level fill their presence. There are many interdepartmental events held in college. Recently in October their was an event called sapphire which was a great fun for all of us.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not as much to burden people. Comparatively it's a bit high as compared to most of the colleges but there is value for the given money. I paid about 40000 rupees including all the fees. 18000 is the government fees and the remaining is the development fees taken by college. Their is also a tablet given in this amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know anything about this as I have no scholarships availed in my name. And even I don't know about loans either.
Campus Life
The gender ratio in the campus is very even. There is no discrimination regarding gender, religion, caste. There are various extracurricular activities held in college constantly. Constantly their will be flashmobs which surprise us. Sporting amenities are great in college and almost all sports are supported. Many cultural events are held constantly.
Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostel for juniors and seniors. The food facilities are great. They provide 3 meals and 1 snack everyday. All the hostels are maintained clean and neat. There are security guards at the entrance so that only people other than hostilities are not allowed inside the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
It has great alumni members like Sudha Murthy. They often visit college and give us their valuable experience. And the seniors are great. They always are the helping hand to us in all times.
Exam Structure
Exams are held at such intervals that it won't gives us much tension. Exams are conducted in such a way that they inspire us to study smartly. And the labs are Pretty cool as they are the source of great knowledge. We do write exams but not with stress.
Admission
I got admission directly through merit in the college. And the process in the college was very smooth, with very little paperwork. And the people in college were very helpful in admission process. Everything was computerized and was very very easy for us to access.
Faculty
I think our college has the best faculty. Because each and every faculty teaches with keen interest to teach students. Care is taken on each and every student so that no one is left behind. All the faculty are masters in their subjects and they gives ample time to understand the subject.
