Remarks

Placement is the factor which made me to take admission in this college. The ranking also good compared to other college. I chosen Electronics and communication engineering is because there are two ways, one is hardware and other is software side.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are friendly and you will have a mentor throughout the course. They will be guiding throughout the 4 years including placements, projects, seminar, paper presentations and academics. If you are weak in academics, the respective subject teacher will conduct special classes for you.

Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Placement Experience

Above 90% of the students will be placed every year. Most of the companies visiting will be Software companies. About 5 to 8 companies are core companies for ECE. You can see the record of the placement in the official website.

College Events

The campus life is excellent with facilities like Gym, Wi-fi everywhere within the campus, 11 international hostels, Food court, good library, bus facility and quality labs etc. The campus is 'green and very clean' and eco-friendly. There are nearly 30 to 50 auditoriums within the campus, so the event rate is also much more.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The faculty were very much friendly and very knowledgeable in practical teaching
The Lab facilities is very good for the students to improve the coding knowledge.
The time they are providing to study for exams is nice

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Nothing much but have got some friends you fall into this pit exactl like me

Dislikes

Hostel , mess food and mess hall , no facilities for marine practical

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

Many extracurricular clubs are there like Im in the fashion parade one.
Air conditioning facilities is avalaible jn almost all lecture halls
College is near to the metro and electric train stations making it easy for travels

Dislikes

Continous tests makes us uninterested in the subject.
Monotonous way of talking inevitably leading to us sleeping in class
Boys and girls cum activities are less leading to less interactions

Course Curriculum Overview:

For my medical field i feel some subjects are unnecessary in my view point like the community medicines. I feel anatomy weightage should be more compared to buochemistrand physiology. I would like them to improve the chapters and remove chalters that are unnecessary so that we medical students can concentrate on whats inportant rather than studying everything and stuffing our brain.

The atmosphere is so clean, infrastructure is much better when compared to other pvt. Medical institutions
The teaching faculty are good and supportive the labs are well equipped
The college encourages many sports and celebrates all festivals

The college is very strict with the dress code
Could improve the food in hostel and canteen
Does not allow outing for first year girls
